A well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and generous bench space flows into a dining space seating four, plus a countertop with three stools. A private balcony opens from the living area and features a full outdoor setting and BBQ for easy alfresco dining. The apartment also includes a bathroom, a private laundry area with washer and dryer, and convenient lift access, as well as full access to the communal rooftop area.
