Double infinity edge pool with beautiful views of 3 bays -Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole Bay and Hart Bay. Lushly landscaped grounds surround this private estate, but conveniently located just a few minutes drive to Cruz Bay.

The Great Room, with plush sofas opens to your grand outdoor patio and pool area. The patio offers a large dining table that seats 10 and an additional outdoor bar that seats 3 so that all meals with large parties can be enjoyed together. The shaded patio also features a sectional sofa and gas grill. Tre Vista's fantastic gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream and will entice you to stay in for all of your meals with two dishwashers, two sinks, two sets of silverware and high quality kitchenware.

This five bedroom villa is perfect for large families or couples. Backup Generator on property!!!!

Wonderful place in paradise

We had a family reunion, and this place gave us enough room to really enjoy our stay. The five bedrooms, pool and well-stocked kitchen provided everything we needed. The house is close to Cruz Bay but far enough away to give you peace and quiet. I would stay here again.

Family at Tre Vista

Everything about the villa was grand, inside and outside. Nothing could top pool with its vistas. Great location on the island. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot for vacation memories.

Wonderful!!

We loved the house! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful view. The house is close to Cruz Bay so it is very convenient.

This is an amazing property. It's a great location close to Cruz Bay. The lay out of property allows plenty of space for ten guest and the sunsets are just beautiful. We made life long memories at Tre vista and will cherish them forever.

The Best!

Tre Vista is the best in all ways. The views from three sides is incredible, the villa has all of the aminities you could want, the kitchen is made for a cook, the furnishings are comfortable and appealing, and it is well located. The view is worth it all! The best!

Private Resort

This property is breathtaking. The pictures do not capture the beautiful views. Early morning coffee looking out at the bay. We enjoyed hiking and coming back to the infinity pool. We will definitely be back. Property is clean and comfortable.

Absolutely incredible

If this property seems like it’s too good to be true online, it is in person as well! We felt like we were in heaven. The accommodations were wonderful, the pool perfect for the grownups and kids age 2,3,6,9. The property manager was so helpful and kind. I hope we get to come back!

Wonderful house for large groups!

Our family loved staying at Tre Vista! We spent most of our time on the back patio and pool area - the views are spectacular, and we spent a lot of time playing cornhole and cards out back. We loved the layout of the house - husband and I had the primary suite in the main house, our kids were down below in the separate suite, and our extended family stayed in the cottage. We really couldn't have asked for a better place, and we loved the location, not far from town.

Perfect location, rainbows and sunsets

We vacation with our 4 adult children every January-and most often in St John as I can think of no other place I'd like to be! This house is very close to Cruz Bay, but it feels very private and quiet. We had rainbows almost every morning, beautiful sunsets every evening and the entire outdoor space is amazing and perfect for gathering for dinner, game night, or just hanging out together. The pool was perfect and the house very well equipped.

Perfect house in the perfect location

My rating says it all. The house came as advertised, and in a perfect location overlooking Chocolate Hole/Cruz Bay. The home was very spacious, with a great entertaining patio and pool. With 5BR/6Baths it was more than enough room for 2 families, 10 people in total. We would definitely consider renting this property again next time we return.

Such a beautiful view

For a family who likes to have easy grocery delivery, beer, liquor and all the restaurants/nightlife within 10 min to the house, deer in your yard, tree frogs singing every night, magical sunsets, and perfect photos… this is your vacation spot. The neighbors below were so sweet. Private boats are a must to book and also pick you up right in Cruz Bay. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing

Amazing family vacation. The property is perfect for large families and groups and the comfort, views and amenities are so enticing that you almost dont want ti leave the property to explore the island. Nellie was super responsive and accommodating as the property manager. Cant recommend this amazing priperty strongly enough. Wow!!

The perfect house!

I cannot say enough good things about Tre Vista. The house was amazing, with plenty of room for our 2 families. Great location, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs which are very hard to come by in St. John. With all that said, the truly best feature was the huge outdoor patio and infinity pool with the breathtaking view. The pictures do no justice, and waking up to that view and watching sunsets never get old. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

A true dream

This property and the views are what dreams are made of! We absolutely loved this property. There was plenty of space for everyone and all of the furniture, fixtures, decor, etc were great quality, clean, and comfortable. The views from the pool and from the rooms is something that will never get old. The only downside is that there are no AC units in the main living area so those spaces get a little toasty. The rooms were extremely cool though. Location is perfect as it’s close to town, trash dumps, grocery, gas. We absolutely loved this property and would recommend this to anyone! It was a once in a lifetime vacation!

Fabulous home !

We loved the home, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, huge well stocked kitchen. Pool deck area was plenty for our group of 10. Nice touch to have a Sonos based sound system in 3 different areas in the main house, just download the Sonos app ( version 1 ) to your phone and you have complete control of your music by streaming or downloaded. We would stay here again.

Stellar stay!

Tre Vista is a wonderful and welcoming villa with fantastic views! The layout is very comfortable and affords plenty of space to really stretch out, especially the outdoor areas where we spent all of our time. The place was clean and the kitchen well appointed making it great to make wonderful breakfasts while enjoying watching the island come to life. The beds were great as well! Shawna our greeter was amazing with all kinds of suggestions for dining and adventures, and Nellie the property manager was a phone call away when we needed her. The suggestion I might make for improvement would be the outdoor sectional could use an upgrade, it has been well loved. All in all, a fantastic place!

Getaway with our Grandson

Wonderful family vacation.

Our stay at Tre Vista was all that we hoped for. The greeter was knowledgeable and helpful. The house was clean and well-stocked. The views were gorgeous. Be sure to rent a jeep for the steep but manageable driveway. Close to town for dinners at the many great restaurants. There are also ample supplies for a stay in cookout dinner in the sunset.

Tres Vista a perfect mix of indoor/outdoor living

We were fortunate to have found Tres Vista when our travel plans changed last minute. The booking and island hosts were so responsive and helpful beyond expectations as we transferred from one villa to another and also had to rework car rentals,etc. the home is lovely with great shaded outdoor sofa and dining space and the indoor kitchen and living room opens up to invite refreshing breezes and the feel of outside even when inside. Top that with the air conditioned bedrooms and privacy of three bedroom layout and we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Best Vacation Ever

We all agreed best trip ever. The kitchen was very well stocked, nice cookware, dishes, glasseare, silverware and plenty of it! We made dinner (and breakfast) for 10 every day and the kitchen allowed everyone to help without tripping over each other. The house was absolutely perfect. Great views, beautiful pool deck. We also found so many extras.. beach chairs to take to the beach along with some toys, a few yoga mats, books. There was room for everyone to spread out or be together. We would come back again!

Christmas stay

Overall, we very much enjoyed the Tre Vista accommodations. This was our 7th visit to St. John. The good: Great neighborhood – near town. Stunning vista overlooking the bay. Great outdoor patio/pool area – main attraction to our renting. Good separation between guest bedrooms Although we didn’t do a lot of in-house cooking, the kitchen was spacious, well laid out and functional. Living room was really nice for evening reading and conversation. Management Nelli and Colby were responsive to the few questions/issues we had while there. The not so good: Our 1st week it rained fairly often. There were numerous leaks mostly under the entry doors at bedrooms and internal house areas. Also, water through the recessed ceiling light fixture in front entry foyer – we ended up putting a bowl on the floor to avoid slipping in the puddle. The doors from the living area to the patio bind and very difficult to open. We didn’t, although we would have liked to. Lastly, consider providing an assortment of board/family games and puzzles (found one) for those rainy days and evening get-togethers.
