The views and privacy come courtesy of a genuine hillside location. Reaching the suite involves a sloped driveway and exterior stairs, with a few steps inside between levels, and walks in the neighborhood mean real hills. Active guests find it no trouble at all, think of it as the price of admission for the quiet and the views.
