This was our second stay at this property. It’s absolutely beautiful! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make stay in meals, unit is exceptionally clean. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Richard was wonderful to deal with. Responded quickly and checked on us after we arrived. Already looking forward to next year!

The rental was very clean. The view was fantastic. I used the pool everyday since I'm not able to walk in the sand. I cooked a lot and the place was stocked with everything I needed to cook with. Thank you Richard, we had a wonderfully quiet time which was very much needed.

Great location with easy access to the beach! Perfect for our family of 4. Wonderful view of the ocean from the deck and living space. Check in and check out very easy with exceptional communication from the owners.

We would rent this beautiful condo again. Richard was amazing and kept in contact with us before and during our stay if we had questions. The unit is absolutely perfect with interior decorations, king size beds, nice bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and excellent views of the beach and ocean. The location was great as well with shopping and the aquarium nearby. Added plus was the elevator so no one had to lug suitcases up or down the steps. All around an awesome stay!! Thank you Richard!!

This property is the best we’ve had. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. We opted for linens to be provided, otherwise you have to bring your own. The owners are very responsive and gladly answered our questions prior to arrival. The unit is very close to the beach with easy access. The outside shower was a plus and much appreciated. The pool is very close to the unit. It was nice to cool down in the pool after long days on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have rented the condo. It is wonderful. The views are beautiful. The place is clean and the hosts are amazing. I would recommend this rental highly. It is a wonderful place to relax and then enjoy your time at the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, updated, spacious, great view, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Easy access to to the beach too! Loved also that it was a punch code to get in so no keeping up with keys. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Richard was very welcoming and gave detailed and helpfulinstructions on the condominium’s location. It was very clean, attractively decorated, had a well equipped kitchen, and a dynamite view. We all loved sitting by the windows and watching the porpoises and magnificent waves roll in.

Beautiful Property / Great Location

I stayed here with my family, and we loved the condo. It was spacious and spotless, and we loved seeing the ocean views every morning. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Richard was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The condo was beautiful as well as the view. My parents, who are in their 80s, sat at the window all week watching the ocean, the birds, and the dolphins! I loved the easy beach access. The master bedroom had a split head king bed not a split king but we figured it out. You can't go wrong renting this condo!

We booked this unit for the last week of May because kids are still in school and the beach is less crowded. The island was much quieter than it is in the peak of summer which made for a more relaxed vacation. The unit is lovely and we really appreciated having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of good quality pots and pans. The weather was gorgeous, although there were red flag warnings on the beach every day except our last, but as there's a lovely pool I didn't mind not being able to swim in the ocean. The pool was a little nippy, which is to be expected at the end of May- it just meant that I had to really exercise and not float! And as 3 of the 4 of us on this trip are senior citizens we really appreciated the elevator. Overall great experience and we highly recommend dining at Amos Mosquito's in Atlantic Beach which we had heard about on the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. It not a diner, drive-in or dive but rather a casual seafood restaurant with a varied menu and fun staff.
