Let's start with the host....very responsive and communicated throughout the stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. All questions were responded to in record time, could not have been better. The place is a great value for all the space you get and the location to the stadium and local night life is great as well. If you are looking for a place to house more than 12 people for a football game or any event in Charlotte this is the place.

Great Place

My friends and I had a great time staying at this location. The property had plenty of room so we felt there was adequate space for us and the kids to do our own thing. Most certainly would book this place again.

Good stay!

This was a great spot for me and a group of friends while we were in town for a cheer competition. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, which we really appreciated. A few things to note: the blinds in both loft areas were broken and fully pulled down, so there were no shades; the lofts are open and not fully enclosed rooms; the pull-out sofas are a bit on the smaller side; some doors didn’t fully close or lock; and one of the units had only three forks available. On the positive side, the home easily accommodated five oversized vehicles (three in the driveway and two on the street), trash bins were easy to access, the neighborhood was fairly quiet, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it worked well for our stay.. thank you!

The dual townhouses are perfect for a large/multi-family gathering and generally everything was clean and orderly, but some of the towels were stinky- clean towels should not be stored under a sink. One of the air mattresses had holes and didn't stay inflated. One of the shower drains needs maintenance. Otherwise, a perfect location and a very nice setup for big family gatherings. I would rent them again.

Beautiful duplex, modern, and clean. We loved the sports team decor. Easy to get to from the highway, and nice neighborhood within walking distance to Uptown. We brought a church/school group for a senior class service project. We mostly worked at the Center but walked around the city on our day off, which was fun for our students. Ideal place to stay for our needs (9 students and 2 adults). Plenty of room and a nice space to gather for meals and hanging out. Kitchen is well-stocked. The couch in B wasn't able to be used for a pull-out bed like we planned, though. A couple of things like that were broken when we arrived and I sent a text to let them know and I asked about the a/c (it was cold!), but there wasn't a reply. Still, it was a fantastic home! I highly recommend it.
