Welcome to your cozy second-floor apartment retreat in the heart of Seaside Park, NJ—the perfect family-friendly Jersey Shore escape.
This charming apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms plus a versatile bonus room:
Primary bedroom: Plush king-size bed
Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Bonus room: Pull-out sofa
The space comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, and fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay.
The full bathroom features a double sink for easy mornings, while the fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals, quick breakfasts, or beach-day snacks.
Step outside to your private backyard area, perfect for relaxing, grilling, or rinsing off after a day at the shore. Water sports enthusiasts and anglers especially love this setup—there’s space to rinse and hang surfboards, fishing rods, and gear to dry. (Ask us about additional storage options!)

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire second floor. The backyard includes a patio table, chairs, and propane grill for guest enjoyment.

Four beach badges provided for guest use
If any issues arise, please notify us as soon as you check in and we’ll promptly address them.
Security Cameras
We have exterior security cameras are present for safety and remote guidance to guests as needed for a safe, enjoyable stay: located at the front entrance (covering steps), font of the property (sidewalk) and backyard access. They do not view inside the home, through windows, or private areas, and do not record audio. No indoor surveillance exists.
Other Things to Note
No parties, no loud music, no outside guests
Age Requirements (enforced)
Per borough Ordinance #179 the minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park.
Trash Instructions:
Recyclables (bottles, cans, paper) go loose into the blue container
Bagged trash goes into the black container located in bin #2 under the stairs
