LIKE NEW! Lake front house completely remodeled and in a great location. Restaurants and activities nearby, by land and water, including Lake Burger - best burger at the Lake! 10 minutes from Sunrise Beach and grocery stores. Beautiful wide cove with a large (two-slip) private dock and water mat included.

This house has a lot to offer including 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10 comfortably and will allow up to 12), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and bar with all you need for a hassle-free getaway at the Lake! All you need to bring is the food and drinks!

Bedroom 1 - NEW King Bed with private door to lower patio and en suite full bath.

Bedroom 2 - Queen with private door to upper deck

We really enjoyed our trip! The dock was nice and easy to get in the water. The fridge however wasn’t cold so we had to move everything to the freezer. There was also no hand soap and some trash was left over in rooms from the previous people who stayed. Beware of spiders and wasps though. Overall we had a very nice time!

Great Stay - Wonderful Home and Experience

We brought two families with 5 kids and 4 adults. This house was perfect for our size group! We enjoyed our stay and the owners were great as well! We will stay with them again for sure!!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely renovated, very comfy, and a great location. Convenient free boat launch was a nice bonus! Would have given 5 stars across the board, but we thought the cleaning service could do a little better job. Overall, certainly one of the best places we have stayed at the lake. Hope to return soon!

Great Place

We rented this house for a girls’ trip weekend get away. This was the perfect house for us! It was close to Coconuts as well as a few restaurants. Having a dock at the house was a huge plus as well. You won’t regret booking this house!

Property was just as listed…very comfy and nice! Plenty of space for all… Our only issue was cleaning crew did not arrive prior to our visit but Jamie took care of us. Beautiful spot!

Great location!

This place is very close to one of the major pool bars which is a plus! It’s tucked away in a little “neighborhood” so you feel safe. The interior is up-to-date, theres enough space for your group and you have access to the dock so it’s a much better choice than cramped condo stays. Communication with the owner is easy should you need anything. Great choice for a girls getaway!

Great location

The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group (7 adults). Great location as it was off the main channel, so not too busy. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the mattresses in the “bunk room” weren’t terribly comfortable, and the metal frames squeaked with any movement. Though I would stay there again

Outstanding Location

House was in an outstanding location, quiet yet close enough to everything Ozarks. It was a bummer that the coffee maker didn’t work and the house could have been a little cleaner. Owner was outstanding and got back to us immediately with any concerns.

A slice of heaven...

Our opportunity to get away was short notice. Luckily our Host was very accommodating. The property was amazing. Out of all the lake homes we've stayed at in the past, this is by far our favorite!! We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thank you for all your help Jamie. We appreciate it very much!

Great Lake house

Check in was easy and great communication w owner. Inside cabin is very nice as it looks brand new . Plenty of space for a family with the 3 bedrooms. Enjoyed the private dock in the cove for fishing and swimming . Only thing there are no blinds on windows except in master bedroom . Sun light in the morning and privacy at night could be an issue but we enjoyed our stay and will be back ! Grocery store In nearby Laurie a short drive .

Traveling with young kids

The place was overall a great place for our family stay! We liked seeing the boats go by on the main arm of the lake, something you don’t get to do in a cove as much. We enjoyed the views from the porch and back covered patio with our 1 and 3 year old kids. The place has been recently remodeled, but the living room is upstairs while the kitchen and dining table is downstairs so we didn’t get much use out of the living room since everyone tends to hang out around the kitchen. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soap, trash bags, water toys, and life jackets. The water play mat and gas grill was broken, although we did not need to grill and a charcoal grill was available instead. But the kayaks were fun and we got a lot of use out of them!

Summer vacation

Nice home, newly remodeled, good stay but had to spray the inside and outside for spiders. There were spider webs all over outside deck and patio. Had to sweep off and wash down deck and patio to use. A bag of trash was left on the dock. Wet towels were left in the dryer. No adult life jackets to wear to use the kayaks. We had a good stay, but just a few things that could’ve been better.

Ehh…it was ok.

We were disappointed with the overall layout. We are a family of 10 and there wasn’t one room for all of us to gather in at the same time. It also states that it sleeps 10 comfortably. The place for the 10th person was on a small futon that would not fit an adult sized person on. We couldn’t sit 10 people at the kitchen table for our meals. Others had to sit outside. There was a bachelorette party before we arrived as there was inappropriate party confetti everywhere. Also, the amount of cobwebs and spiders/bugs inside the house was disturbing. We couldn’t handle it so we had to clean it up ourselves. I think they might need an exterminator. There was a strange clear, sticky glue like substance on the floor in the kitchen underneath a chair. We tried to clean that up also, but was unable to get it up. One thing that was my fault that I should have clarified as to what was included in the kitchen as far as pots, pans and anything else one might need during their stay. There was minimal cookware and storage containers. Again, I should have clarified. I can say that we had a place to sleep and cook meals. We did not enjoy the house much. I contacted the host, but didn’t get a lot of response other than they hadn’t had any complaints before.

Perfect spot for our crew

This was the perfect spot for our 2 families, with ages ranging from 4 years to 65+ years. The property was clean & appeared to have been recently painted & have new carpet. The layout was spacious enough & the dining room table easily sat all 10 of us. We could easily spread out on the dock too & still have a connected feeling. The dock was nice & everything in working order - enjoyed walking on the dock with NO splinters! Additionally, it offered us peace of mind being able to see the entire dock from the house. As we needed 'pet-friendly' this property suited just fine. Even with the Ozarks being hilly & steep, we still had sufficient room for our dog to 'roam' for potty breaks. Only suggestion or wish they had more of were kitchen & bathroom towels/washcloths. Overall perfect for us!

Our first lake home was on the Gravois Arm and we quickly fell in love with all it had to offer. This property is in a great location with great views and tons of water frontage.

Completely renovated in 2020. The interior features brand new flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. Custom tile shower in the master bath, wet bar in the main level living room, 2 - 50" smart TV's, 2-slip boat dock with plenty of room to lounge and swim. The concrete driveway allows easy access to the lower level without stairs.
