This listing is a combination of two units in one house. Minutes from downtown Ottawa, Casino du Lac Leamy, Bluesfest, Nordik Spa, Hiking, Winterlude & MANY other attractions. After enjoying the nearby attractions, relax in the backyard oasis featuring private hot tub, patio, and screened in gazebo. Situated in a quiet family neighborhood, there are multiple parks and essential necessities just steps away! The house has 3 free parking spaces in driveway, and additional free street parking.
The space
**Please note that there are no interior stairs that connect the upper level and lower level. You will need to use the separate entrances to access the spaces. You can also access the lower level from the back patio exterior stairs.

Exterior:
The back deck, gazebo, and patio area is a completely private space with fencing all around the deck, and shrubs around the lower patio area. It features a private sunken 8 person hot tub, a propane BBQ's, a bar height table with 6 stools, dining table for 4 in the Gazebo as well as sectional sofa surrounding a propane fire table and lounge chairs. The lower patio area features a table the seats 6, a second propane BBQ, and a sectional sofa with some outdoor games.

Living Room:
Relax after a long day on the large sofa and enjoy your favorite movie or show on the 65" flat screen smart TV with access to thousands of TV channels, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. In the TV cabinet you will find tons of popular board games and a few decks of cards. This open concept living space also features a sofa that converts into a comfortable queen bed with premium bedding. There is a secondary living room in the lower level featuring a large sectional sofa to enjoy something on TV or a movie on a 65" smart TV, a designated work space, and a twin bed that converts to a king

Bathroom 1:
Spoil yourself with a little self care! Relax in the bathroom with a glass enclosed shower with rain shower head, soaker deck tub, heated tile floors, heated bidet toilet, and a large vanity. We offer brand name shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and multiple other skincare products for your convenience. This bathroom is located on the main level of the home

Bathroom 2:
Our 3 piece bathroom features a stand up rain shower and plush towels. We offer brand name shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and multiple other skincare products for your convenience. This bathroom is located on the lower level of the home

Dining Room:
Our open concept dining room seats 6 people and also features a high chair.

Kitchen:
Feel like a home cooked meal? This fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or bake! We also have some basic ingredients such as condiments, many spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, and a few standard baking ingredients. Our Keurig coffee station includes many types of tea, coffee (regular and decaf), hot chocolate, and specialty flavored coffee for your enjoyment! There is a secondary kitchen full kitchen set up in the lower level with a stove, fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee station.

Bedroom 1:
Enjoy a luxurious sleep in a King bed with premium plush bedding, multiple pillows, and some cozy robes and slipper! This room includes a 50" smart TV with access to thousands of TV channels, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. For your convenience, the room is equipped with 2 alarm clocks (also a charging station), a large closet, and fan. *Additional bedding and blankets are available

Bedroom 2:
Our second bedroom feature a queen bed with premium plush bedding, multiple pillows, and some cozy robes and slipper! This room includes a 50" smart TV with access to thousands of channels, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. For your convenience, the room is equipped with 2 alarm clocks (also a charging station), a fan, kids corner with toys and box, and a stacking washer dryer.

Bedroom 3:
Enjoy a luxurious sleep in a Queen bed with premium plush bedding, multiple pillows, and some cozy robes and slipper! This room includes a 40" smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. For your convenience, the room is equipped with 2 alarm clocks (also a charging station), a large closet, and an electric fireplace that is also a space heater. *Additional bedding and blankets are available

Bedroom 4/closed living area:
Enjoy a luxurious sleep in a King bed with premium plush bedding, multiple pillows, and some cozy robes and slipper! This room includes a 50" smart TV with access to thousands of TV channels, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. For your convenience, the room is equipped with 2 alarm clocks (also a charging station), a large closet, and fan. *Additional bedding and blankets are available
**note that this room is also equipped with a sofa and a small eating area. There is a door for the entire space to be closed off.

Living room (with sleeper sofa):
Enjoy a luxurious sleep in a Queen sized pull out sofa. the Sofa brd is fitted with premium plush bedding, multiple pillows, and some cozy robes and slipper! This room includes a 50" smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. *please note that this is in a common space (living room) with adjoining kitchen and dining room. This is not a separate bedroom.
