You and your family will enjoy your stay at this location. The double size bed is comfy for the adults, and in the other bedroom is a loft bed with a small futon couch underneath. Both rooms have their own tvs and Chromecasts, for you to connect to your favorite streaming services. Before the bedrooms is a living room with 3 white poang chairs a coffee table and an additional larger TV. Before this room is the kitchen, which behind it offers your own entrance from a second storey deck. Toilet has an attached bidet that operates by pulling the arrow towards you. You can walk to city hall from this house in about 20 minutes. A word of caution as downtown does suffer an unhoused problem, who largely arent violent to random people as thousands of people regularly pass them every day, however the host doesn't recommend walking around at night. The house is securely armed with cameras mounted on 3 sides of the house(N,W, & E), with 2 wireless ones mounted on a tree covering all the back entrances and parking pad(S). With one additional camera inside coming from the front before the 2 units. The house also has a security fob to assure as both that only the intended guests are using the space. The host is sometimes in the unit downstairs but the doors are seperately locked from the one this unit is located in. This location is ideal for anyone needing to accomplish anything in downtown.

i do not book outside of vrbo, nor do third party bookings. all guests must be registered with vrbo or show identification prior to check in. Additional guests are not allowed, not even for a quick visit, whether they stay for the night or not is irrelevent). Additional guests are a fine of $200 per person/entry or combination of the 2 and will come out of your damage deposit.

Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the guests will come with an additional charge of $50 per hour plus materials.

No drinking/drugs/parties. if theres any evidence of a party your booking will be terminated with no refund, and penalties given at hosts discretion for cleaning/repairs.

Smokers must go outside and use the ashtray provided or their own. If a guest stomps out cigarettes or drops them causing a burn on the decking material, the charge starts at $500 and may be liable to paying for a new deck depending on damage caused.

No leaning/sitting on Handrail. One warning will be given, afterwards cancellation with no refund.

No EV charging($200 fine per day), nor bitcoin mining($500 per day for entire booking). Nor any other excessive uses of energy will result in cancellation without refund.

The apartment comes with a security fob, it is your choice whether you use it or not, do not unplug it, simply dont arm or disarm it. Using it assures us both that only the intended guests are using it. triggering it by accident is completely fine, just reply to host that it was an accident. failure to not inform host is not and may prompt him to show up.
