Michael, those deer in the yard show up most mornings just after sunrise, and it sounds like you caught them at the right time. Quiet country and cold AC is exactly what this house is built for, so I'm glad you got both. Next time you're out, take a chair to the porch about an hour before dark. Those Hill Country views have a way of making everything else feel slower and quieter, and it sounds like the house delivered on all of it. Come back in bluebonnet season if you get the chance, the drive in through the Hill Country is something else entirely that time of year!

Jordan, a kitchen you can actually cook in should have been ready for you, and it wasn't. The chipped dishware is being pulled and replaced, cookware is getting rebuilt with proper skillets, a stockpot and sheet pans plus a stocked spice rack, and a vented range hood is scheduled for install. The vacuum is now emptied and wiped as part of every turnover instead of left for the next guest to deal with. Glad communication and maintenance held up their end, that part matters to us. Come back once the kitchen is squared away and cook a real dinner at the house, then eat it outside. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest.
