Camera 3 is located in the backyard facing the fire pit, bocce ball court, and garage. Camera 4 is facing the spa area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Please be aware that lawn service may occur between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Tuesday or Thursday mornings

Great house for our combined family trip. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. We would stay again.

This is a beautiful older home that has been updated for a comfortable and convenient stay in Wells. It easily slept 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 2 children on a sleeping porch. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots and pans a family might need, they were all in perfect condition. It is a large kitchen so our whole family could prepare meals together most nights. There was a separate game room and lots of backyard space for lawn games in the evening. The only drawback is the road traffic, however with the privacy fence and all the foliage we were not bothered.Our host answered all questions promptly so I would say communication was excellent.I highly recommend this rental as a very good value, and would stay again.

Awesome 4th of July getaway.

My daughter’s birthday is on the 4th of July, so we’re always looking to do something fun her and this property was it! The house is super clean and has the perfect beach vibe. The yard is situated perfectly to hang out and enjoy the fire pits, the barbecue area and hot tub. Inside, on some of the hottest and most humid days of the year it was very cool with the central air-conditioning. There were also lots of little thoughtful touches throughout the house. A huge bonus is the game room that we spent hours in playing darts, air hockey and shooting pool. To top it off Chris is one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. He was super accommodating and very responsive.If you want an amazing place, with lots to do and close to the beach I can’t recommend this enough. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay in Wells! The house was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything smooth and easy. I stayed with friends and we all had a great time—highly recommend.

Great for EVs and extended families

As an EV owner, this was a perfect place to stay. The property has a dedicated, fast, working EV charger that does not require messing with an app or jumping through a million hoops. I arrived with a low battery and my car was charged in the morning; and when we took day trips around Wells, we always left with a full charge.There are four bedrooms on the top floor, (3 queens and one room with 2 double beds) and the bottom floor is quite open. The front sunroom is a fifth sleeping area. This makes the property perfect for extended families.The outdoor area has three separate fenced in areas, and is quite dog friendly. There is a game room in a separate structure. We didn't use it, but if our kids were older or we were a larger group, I think we would. (Tip: The people before us missed picking up a few landmines, so spend a few minutes "looking down". Even the most careful dog owner sometimes misses one.)The house is old and has character; and the owners work very hard. Remember, there's always something to fix in an old house, so please keep in mind that the owners are trying very hard to give you a wonderful place for your vacation.There are a lot of TVs! (Tip: If you have a Chromecast, Roku, Fire stick, ect, bring it. It's easier than signing into each app that you use.)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Wells, Maine! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and packed with thoughtful amenities — the owners truly thought of every detail. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and it felt like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would 100% recommend and absolutely plan to stay again!

Grace

Great house and a beautiful area with lots of good restaurants and things to do. The only downside is that the house on a busy main road so you can hear the traffic from the sunroom, and some of the backyard/hot tub. However, this didn't take away from our experience! The house is older and has great character, beautifully maintained and very clean. Chris is very communicative and made the process very easy. Would recommend !!
