Spacious, Well-Appointed Home for Large Groups Close to Beaches and Restaurants!

Convenient to Wells, Moody and other beaches! Kayak on the Webahannet River in front of the house! This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms that easily sleeps 13 plus a large comfortable couch. Amenities include WiFi & Streaming TVs, AC in bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens and a dishwasher, washer & dryer, a large den with plenty of board games, arcade machines in addition to a pool table that can be converted to a pong ping table for family tournaments after a long beach day. Enjoy the back yard with a large deck that has a table for 10, BBQ grills, stone fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and games. Bikes and beach chairs available. The best beaches Southern Maine has to offer are within minutes! Linens (bed sheets, pillow cases, comforters, bath towels) are provided for all vacationers, year-round! Of course, you can always bring your own if you like. If you will be bringing your own sheets etc, please let us know. We look forward to hosting you!

Three Generations under one roof! We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Wells. It has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to a firepit and game room, and is in a perfect spot, close to Wells Beach and in between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. So much to do and many great restaurants nearby, and the owners reached out to make sure our needs were met and gave great advice about activities. 10/10!

Great Spot!

Great spot for a family getaway. The house was very clean, bedrooms are spacious and the game room is great if you have kids traveling with you. Centrally located to all activities in Wells, yet the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Location very close to Wells Beach

Our stay was great, it was the perfect size for my family. Its the one time of the week that all my children can stay under one roof! Extremely clean and lots of beach chairs that we used.

Nice accommodations for a family get together to enjoy the holidays.

Booking, checkin / out was very easy & host was great in helping to make sure our stay went well. Large kitchen, dining, family & entertainment areas worked extremely well for the 10 adults & 3 toddlers that stayed. Nice location, convenient & easy to get too. Would recommend to any group seeking this type accommodation in this area of Maine.

Weekend Family Visit

House was perfect for our weekend visit with family who live near by. Plenty of space for all of us, bonus/playroom was awesome, kids loved it. Short drive to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Asif!

Maine vacation

The location was perfect. Close to things and nice neighborhood setting. House was very clean and spacious. We particularly liked the game room with the pool table. I would recommend this home for a visit to Maine.

Our group of seven, all of us over 50, stayed here in September 2025. We were delighted with the cleanliness and features of this house.. It’s a lovely neighborhood and the house is at the end of a dead end road. The location is super convenient to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunk . The house was super clean and was well stocked with everything we could need for your stay.The owner was very responsive and quick to get back to us with any answer answers to questions. The beds were comfortable and we loved the game room with a pool table and video games. That was a big hit with our 50 something crew.There was a nice backyard with a fire pit and a deck along with a grill.I can’t say enough great things about this place and the owner. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. I think it’s hard to find a place with the room that this has along with cleanliness and comfort.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property was exactly as described and the check-in process was ultra smooth. Asif was very responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and was a pleasure to deal with. The home is very spacious with many different areas for entertaining. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Wells ME home

All around fantastic home. Gorgeous property with plenty of space. Excellent central location, close to Ogunquit also. Asif, the property owner, was very kind, communicative and ensured we had all of our needs met, even leaving tips about things to do/places to eat. Really a nice touch! Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Great location gorgeous house

This house is set up for families with an amazing game room complete with some old school arcade games and a pool table several board games for a wide array of ages and a big tv and comfy couch. The beds rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There is a bathroom on every floor plus one en-suite for the master. Great cul de sac location. Five stars.

Beautiful home

Asif was easy to communicate with. The home was magnificent & in a quiet neighborhood. The freezer ice maker wasn’t functioning well, but that was an easy fix. All of my friends loved the place…just what we were looking for.

Great Getaway

Our 9 lady group had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. The description is accurate! It has lots of space, comfortable beds, lots of light, top tier appliances, large kitchen, security system. There is plenty of parking space (we had 7 cars) and the house is at end of private lane in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and convenient to Rtes 1 and 95. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. It is clear that this is a loved home and happy that this family is willing to share it. We all agreed that it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We highly recommend and we are booking it again for our next annual getaway!

Wells vacation

In my fifteen years of renting properties on VRBO ASIF has been the most responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. The neighborhood was perfect location and scale wise. The house was exactly the same as the listing. Plenty of room and an amazing game room. I miss the days VRBO homes providing linens but those days are long. Asif does work with a linen service, we brought on own lines but next time will utilize the linen service. Great stay would recommend

Best Friends Fall Golf ⛳️ Getaway

WOW! This property was awesome! Beautiful ! Ideal location to everything. The house is superb! Very clean and neat. Comfortable to entertain or just to relax. Plenty of room for all guests to enjoy. Maine 2022 Girls Weekend

Hi, Had a great experience with this property, clean, bright gorgeous home. Few slight suggestions, please ensure there is notification to bring toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, trash bags. I assumed the property had these items. Other than that it was great! Thank you for making it so easy!

grandparent get away

The owner was very commutative and helpful with weather situation. We had very bad weather of 13 inches of snow and snow squalls that caused damage due to wind. Which we felt terrible about, which we always get the insurance and now I see why. House was big and the game room was a great hang out space.

Our LDW Stay in Wells

We just had a lovely Labor Day weekend in Wells at Asif's property! We were trying to find a place to stay in Kennebunkport with very short notice for LDW and everything was basically gone but luckily we found Asif's home! We were only about 15 mins from Kennebunkport center which was great and then we would come home to our comfortable rental. The house is SO spacious, there's plenty of room for all. We were just a family of five and our kids ended up sleeping all in one room but they absolutely loved it! The bunk beds, the game room, the giant TV. The house was clean and well appointed, I enjoyed that there weren't any kind of homeowner tchotchkes around, and it was great that all of the closets were clear. Sometimes other peoples stuff can give me the heebies : ) We really enjoyed hanging out back using the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. Even though we came for KPT, Wells is cute in its own right. We played mini golf in town, went to the Scoopdeck for ice cream which is right around the corner and had dinner at Fisherman's Catch. Asif was a dream to communicate with, he's super responsive and very helpful! All in all we had a great time! Thank you Asif!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This home is a perfect option to be close to the beach, restaurants and shopping activities, but away from the tourist crowds. It is a 3-story house with 3-bedrooms on level 2 and 2 bedrooms on level 3. The pics in the listing are accurate and the owner is very engaged. He reached out to us three separate times while we were there to make sure we had all we needed. Strongly recommend.
