DIRECT OCEAN FRONT!!! Sleeps 6, 2.5 baths, 4 Parking, Spacious-Luxurious

This absolutely stunning condo is truly one of a kind! 75ft from jumping in the ocean. Fish right out of your back door! Stunning water views from every window! It has a large, fully modernized and equipped kitchen with lovely cabinets and updated appliances-including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. This home has gleaming hardwood floor throughout the first floor. It also features two large, second floor, bedrooms which each walk out onto a private deck overlooking the ocean! The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom featuring a large jetted tub/shower combo, equipped with a swinging glass door. The master has a king size bed with a new pillow top Sealy mattress and a sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. The bathrooms have neutral ceramic tile floors and are bright and white! The kitchen is also bright and white and extremely spacious with many cupboards and oodles of counter space for cooking up a storm! Granite countertop, modern appliances including a dishwasher and ice maker. A farmers sink and modern ceramic floors are two more luxurious touches. There is also counter seating - great for kids having a quick breakfast. There is a large dining area with a large table & six chairs. The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room with a modern fireplace. The living room walks out onto a private deck. We are currently rebuilding the dunes. You can enjoy the view of the sand and sea from the deck but all beach area is accessed through the common breezeway. Beach is not accessible from the bottom deck. There is a barbecue outside on the back deck and also a storage seat full of beach toys. Fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sun and sunset! Enjoy daytime beach activities and moonlight walks! We have beach chairs, umbrella and beach matts that you are welcome to use.

The location is perfect - directly on the beach, 5 min to Provincetown and close proximity to some beautiful ocean beaches. The condo was very clean and great kitchen with all the amenities.

Wonderful location, beautiful home, EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. Nancy was exceptional with communication. Only thing we found tricky was the door lock and shutting the front doors.

We had a great time, the location was perfect! We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings with a cup of coffee and at night watching the sunset. The bed was very comfortable! And the house had basically everything we needed. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the communication. I sent a couple messages during our stay with some general questions about checkout and whether there was a kayak available (which parts of the listing made it seem like there was) and did not get any response until after we checked out. FYI there apparently is not actually a kayak. Otherwise, we definitely would come back for the location!

Great Stay in Truro!

Our second stay in the area! Nancy is a great host and the location can't be beat. Beautiful views, close to the incredible beaches, PTown, Wellfleet. We love it.

Amazing location, could have been cleaner

The location is amazing, and the views are incredible. The condo was a bit worn and didn't look or feel super clean (cobwebs, sand, mold in a few places). The kitchen drawers were a mess. The condo layout and size was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the bunk bed room! The property manager was very kind and allowed us to reschedule our stay due to a health emergency for our child, and that was amazing of them. However, during and after our stay, their response time was slow, and even a bit curt.

Beachside Getaway

We loved staying at this lovely place and it’s breathtaking views of the Cape Cod Bay and P-town. We enjoyed the back deck and beach, swimming, long walks on the beach, and heading over of to Provincetown and Wellfleet for great food, drinks, and shopping. Nancy was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend this beachside getaway!

North Truro condo

This location was perfect for us. We were close to Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet but we spent most of our time on the beach out front because it was so beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Great place!

Place was very clean, location was perfect. Kitchen was organized and well-equipped. A little wear and tear on sliding door screen, throw pillows, etc., and there were a few windows without screens. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the morning! The bedding and bathroom towels could use an upgrade, but we loved our stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful week. Nancy was a great host and her home was clean, with wonderful views of the bay and fully equipped. We loved being so close to Provincetown and spending time on either deck relaxing and hearing the water at night. Can't wait to return to this paradise . Thank you Nancy !

Picturesque spot

Nancy’s place was so wonderful for myself, my husband, and our 3 year old. It was a perfect setup for families with young kids, and we had everything we needed. The views and beach access absolutely couldn’t be beat and we loved the Truro location, so accessible to all of the towns on the cape. Couldn’t have loved it more!

Quiet, relaxing, and RIGHT by the ocean!!!

I’ll be back again and again! The property was clean, quiet, had everything we needed, and you can’t beat the location! The only thing I’d change would be blackout curtains in the bedroom, but otherwise we love the brightness of the place, and we loved being able to hear the ocean while relaxing! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property

We love staying on shore rd in truro and this property is great. Can't beat right on the beach. Great for families with kids. Despite being a middle unit could not hear any noise from neighboring units. Will consider for our weekly cape vacation in 2022

Second Time Visit

This was our second time renting this condo. It’s just pure bliss. We love the location and space - its more than enough room for 4 adults and a wild toddler. The kitchen is well equipped and the property manager was always very responsive to my messages. We hope to be back again next year!

My husband and I just love the beach! We have dreamt about the opportunity to own a place right on the beach for years! We have finally achieved that goal and are happy to share our home with you!

We have been visiting North Truro for over 30 years on a yearly basis. It is our favorite vacation spot. Our daughters have grew up visiting North Truro and Provincetown. We waited patiently for the right home to purchase. As luck would have it, during our last visit, this gem was listed and we jumped at the chance to live our dream. Our patience paid off and we can now truly call this beautiful area our second home.

We bought in Truro because...well it's just our favorite place to be! We love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. There are amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. The is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. Come back during the different seasons and follow the sun set at various points over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!

There are so many activities to do here all year round. We actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room.

You just can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and so much more! The people there are exceptionally friendly!
