We LOVED everything about this cottage! The location is walkable to P-town Center either by road or beach for those of us who love a good walk. Incredible sunsets over the bay!

This 3 bedroom house is perfect. It has great space in and out. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Hosts are top notch.

I stayed at "Pipers' shores" with my family, it was a perfect place. The cottage was spotless, and had all amenities. We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect, we visited for a bachelorette weekend. The view was amazing, & the quiet beach was so relaxing. the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay & look forward to coming back in the future.

Great property - awesome private beach!

Hosts were great - check in/out process well thought thru - 5 mins from Ptown- just a great place if you are looking for on-the-beach private time on cape cod bay

Great place to stay, easy parking, and great beach

This was an excellent place to stay for the weekend. It was close enough to enjoy Provincetown but still quiet enough to relax on the beach. Will be booking again

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The living space would’ve been tight for 8 people but for the 2 of us it was nice. Beach area was quiet and private.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Another great year with great updates from last time. This place is close to amenities in Provincetown and right on the calm bayside on a white sand beach. Look no further for a clean and comfortable stay.

Fantastic Stay!

This sweet cottage by the sea is well -appointed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Great location that’s steps to the Bay, and minutes to P-town and beaches. The outdoor shower was a big hit, and it was great to have 2 parking spaces. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach Get Away

Myself and 6 friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing. The perfect amount of space, a beautiful home, and the beach is beautiful and right there! Also there’s a free bus right to Provincetown. We’re already thinking about booking again!

The most amazing 5-day Fall Break for the girls coming in from around the world to celebrate my 50th. Lots of sea “swimming”, brilliant outdoor shower and wraparound decks. Super comfy beds and whole house beautifully set up.

Great house, perfect location.

We loved our stay at Pipers! The house had everything we needed for a party of 8 (2 adults, 6 minors ages 11-19). We really enjoyed the location, which allowed us to spend plenty of time in Ptown and at our favorite beaches.

Long weekend

The cottage was the perfect place to unwind for a long weekend. In close Proximity to P-Town with a beach right out the back door, it’s a great way to do an easy beach weekend.

Great stay

We took our little bub to this stay for 3 days. It was really convenient for us. The house has all the amenities mentioned. The private beach is a plus! Would recommend this over and over.
