A rare east facing find, Villa 120 is close to the resort’s central facilities and only a short stroll to the iconic Four Mile Beach. In excellent condition throughout, having been enhanced internally with new furnishings and roller blinds, it will not disappoint.
The wrap around verandah offers year-round protection from the elements and is the perfect place for entertaining. Capturing the morning light, it’s the ideal spot to start your day with a coffee, whilst you enjoy the coastal breeze.
Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master is fitted out with its own ensuite and private balcony, whilst the second and third bedrooms downstairs have built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom. Separate laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available, for added convenience.
The kitchen has been renovated, is fully equipped and leads into the generous dining and living area. Being split level these rooms are separated by a few steps down. Timeless in design, this villa boasts open plan living. Soaring ceilings & walls of glass paneled sliding doors, encourage light flow and seamlessly blend indoors with outside. Being a corner villa in a block of four, due to its orientation it offers added privacy in a most sought-after location.
