Nestled in a boutique complex of just two villas, this elegantly designed property is set within established tropical gardens, overlooking the 5th Fairway of the Mirage golf course. It provides space and comfort, like a home away from home, making it a perfect choice for your next getaway.
Well maintained, you will love the ease of the open plan. Contemporary in design, it boasts high ceilings and ducted air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and marble bench tops, making meal prep easy. Beyond this is a spacious dining room, leading into a sunk-in living area with ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. Inviting you out onto the entertaining veranda, which is finished with sandstone pavers and offers shade year-round, this is the perfect place to relax and soak up the tropical atmosphere within a tranquil space.
There are two generous sized bedrooms available. The main provides the convenience of an ensuite with double vanity unit and the added benefit of a private balcony, whilst the second bedroom downstairs has a small private courtyard and is near the main bathroom with shower and vanity. Both bedrooms have built-in robes and ceiling fans for added comfort.
An allocated, undercover carport is available within this secure, gated complex.
