The condo was professionally designed and decorated with a modern but warm feel. A well-stocked kitchen opens to an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your extended balcony. Given the privileged corner balcony, you ll have ocean views to the west and city views to the north. Enjoy your morning coffee or sip on a glass of wine and be mesmerized by the sunset.

The bedroom has a custom king-sized platform bed with a 65 TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower with a combination nozzle and hand wand attachment. Ample storage, towels, linen, and standard bathroom products round out the inclusions.

The living room includes a custom XL sectional sofa that opens into a deluxe queen sofa for a 3rd or 4th guest. A flexible sliding door provides added privacy for others who may enjoy the other half of the living room. The living area includes designer furniture, a 75 HDTV, a built-in desk, and additional storage space for your convenience.

Rounding out the space is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, a combination nozzle and hand wand attachment, and a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet.

There is high-speed internet suitable for work and streaming, central air, and an electronic front door lock, so there is no need to be bothered by keys. Our property manager will be available during your stay to ensure you have a 5-star vacation!

While there is no noise from bars and clubs as common in the center of town, please note that the building is located adjacent to a busy road and the noise of buses and trucks can be heard in the living area especially with the patio doors open. The street noise does not reach the bedroom if the door is closed however there could be exposure to passerby noise as bedrooms in the building are adjacent to exterior hallways. All units in the building are subject to the road noises, however, it s generally very quiet during the overnight hours. Most guests aren t bothered (see reviews), however those extremely sensitive to these noises should take this under advisement. Free earplugs are provided and can be used if needed. Thank you!
