Please note: the private hot tub is currently unavailable as of 2/4/2026. Guests will still enjoy access to the swim spa, conveniently located between this property and the adjacent Sunnydays Cottage.

This home offers a private living space, though in some cases another portion of the property may be occupied separately, as the home can be divided into fully independent spaces. Your reserved space remains private. If you are interested in additional space or full-property privacy, options may be available depending on availability after booking.

By completing this reservation, guests agree to comply with all house rules and booking terms
A rental agreement may be required prior to arrival through our secure guest portal (powered by Hostaway)
Failure to complete required pre-arrival steps may impact check-in access. All bookings during peak season that include a weekend, holiday, multi house booking or reservation modifications are nonrefundable. All dual unit properties require booking both side of the unit during peak season.

Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification prior to check-in
The booking guest must be present during the stay
👥 Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property after 9:00 PM
Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance
Any applicable additional guest fees will be processed through the Platform or our approved system

Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval
Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges
