This is a fun, vibrant location…just blocks from dining, shopping and art. Great bedrooms/baths and comfy. Only issue, lots of stairs so you have to be able to climb. Not luxurious but ample.

We came to Grand Rapids for a conference. The condo was clean and perfect for our three night stay. Condo included two parking spaces which was a perk for the downtown area. Lots of stairs but we didn’t mind them. Stairwell off the rear was secure and well lit.

We really enjoyed our stay the home was clean and the decor was lovely. The only feedback for travelers to be aware of is there is quite a bit of stairs if you have elderly guests. They included a baby gate to block the spiral staircase was greatly appreciated! We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our daughter’s wedding weekend! Love how close it is to everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids! The hosts are very quick to communicate, and very kind. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very spacious but steps and stairs in the condo are a consideration. Once you figure out the entries, it is a convenient location for restaurants and entertainment. We were using the space for a work retreat - it worked well overall but there were moments when the shop downstairs was testing an electric guitar amp that was startling :). Some impromptu background riffs. That said, the neighborhood was generally quiet overnight.

We loved this beautiful historic condo in the heart of the city. The space has lots of exposed brick and character. It was perfect for our gathering. The beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs, so be aware if you’re bringing lots of things with you.

Condo was nice - great location. Lacking in basic amenities like shower soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, coffee pods. Cleanliness of bed linens was questionable. Parking instructions not exactly accurate. Communication with host prior to the stay regarding cost of the unit were cryptic and unsuccessful.

Bachelor Party - great!

We were able to stay at this VRBO and it was perfect for a group of 7 guys! Our bus trolley picked us up and dropped us right off in the back, was so close to everything. Very clean unit and well maintained! Absolutely beautiful!

Just what we were looking for

We went to Grand Rapids for a concert at Van Andel Arena and wanted to be able to walk there. This location was perfect for that! It was also a great location to walk to restaurants. Parking was easy. Communication with Chris was great, too.

Great location, entrance codes galore

We had my friends bachelor weekend in Grand Rapids. The property was fantastic. It was slightly confusing to enter the property due to a different security code for every single door, but we figured it out!
