Private Hot Tub & SHARC Passes! Sunriver Home

Thank you for being wonderful guests!

Having a well-equipped kitchen - just like home - is a HUGE plus! Our home definitely "lives large". The bonus of both front and back large decks allows for enjoyable outdoor space.

Great to know that our home definitely "lives large" for families of 8-10. We recently got the game/poker table and happy to hear that many of our guests are using it. It's always nice at any time during the year to enjoy indoor games and fun after a spending quality outdoor activities. Thank you for your comments!

SHARC passes are a MUST for our guests. The convenience of bikes is great for taking rides to the Sunriver Lodge, The Village, the SHARC, and everywhere around beautiful Sunriver.

Most guests are surprised to know that Sunriver sits at 4,170 in elevation. Hot summer days, but, when the sun sets, the nights cool down quickly. Guests appreciate the tower fans to blow cool air in at night. Cheers!

Our house is set up to accommodate two small families or one fairly large family. Several sleeping areas and rooms for all! We ensure, too, that the kitchen is stocked with oils, salt & pepper, and many spices, too.

The well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds certainly are appealing to our guests. Thank you!

Guests certainly appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with cooking oils, vinegars, and nearly every spice you can think of. We appreciate all feedback which is helpful for our Housekeeper to improve processes.

We aim to please our guests with all kitchen essentials...home away from home!

Fires in Oregon did impact the outdoor lifestyle towards the end of August and first part of September. The shift in wind patterns did cause unpleasant and unhealthy smokey air in Sunriver and Bend. Let’s hope and pray for clear skies next year!

Including SHARC passes is A MUST for our guests. Some guests do prefer bringing their own bikes, but, it is nice to have bikes available, too. Just one last item to pack before your trip.

Thank you for appreciating the actual property - nicely landscaped large front yard. We look forward to hosting returning guests!

The house certainly lives large with enough beds to accommodate 8 people. The living room also is large enough to seat 8 people at one time. Cheers to large families!

We appreciate all feedback - especially, during your stay. In this case, our guests reported an issue with the furnace and it was looked at that morning and replaced within 48 hours. Our gas fireplace became the main heat source during this time. Thank you to our recent guests of the great communication! Bottom line: if there is anything that comes up during your stay, please let us know about it immediately. We are available 24/7 to answer questions, troubleshoot, or schedule repairs (if necessary). We strive to ensure your stay is enjoyable and stress free.

We want our guests to feel comfortable to contact us before and during their stay. It is important for our guests to experience a stress-free and relaxing getaway! The uniqueness of the large front lawn (and small backyard) is very nice for families.

We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay so much that they want to return for another getaway.

Thank you for taking care of our home! We check on our home on a regular basis and keep it well-stocked for our guests. Our housekeeping team does a wonderful job to ensure the house is clean and that there is enough towels (including hot tub towels), wash cloths, and kitchen towels for our guests, too.

The elevation in Sunriver is 4,164 which makes it the highest in the state of Oregon. High desert at its finest! There are fans in every room (including 3 tower fans). Many of our guests know to open the windows and sliders at night and place fans in front to quickly cool down the spaces. Temperatures in the evening can be in the high 40s or 50s. Close up and keep the windows and sliders closed for the day to keep the heat out and live quite comfortably. Highs in the summer are typically in the high 80s and 90s.

The large front yard - plush lawn - is wonderful for those who enjoy yard games or to watch their little ones play while relaxing on the front deck. Guests certainly appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, too. Cheers!

Yes! The home was built in 1986 and “...this is sooooo Sunriver...” rings through! The 3rd bed/bath studio is a nice (and unique) space to get away from it all. The home is more comfortable with 8 guests, but, it’s great to know that many groups of 10 utilize the space quite nicely.

We don't offer AC because after the sun sets, the nights cool down to the low 50s (sometimes, up to the low 60s). Bring your fleece to wear at night, for sure! Guests use the fans after sundown to cool down the home at night and close the windows and sliders in the morning to keep the house cool during the day.

We aim to please our guests with more than enough kitchen essentials and more. We appreciate guests treating our vacation home as if it was their own.

There is so much to do in Sunriver and the surrounding area. The High Desert Museum is a major st see! We welcome you back for a future stay.

Sunriver sits at 4,000ft in elevation. Although the days can be quite warm in the summer (80s and 90s), once the sun goes down, the temperatures drop nicely in the 50s. Thank you for making good use of the fans. Cheers!

Choosing a home over a hotel certainly makes a weekend getaway much more warm and cozy. We were happy to receive a positive comment from our housekeepers that "...the guests left the house really nice!...". Treating our home as if it was your own has been a common theme. Cheers to that!
