I would have put in a shower instead of a tub. And because the tub is so deep I would have put in grab bars so it would be easier to get out. We are in our eighties so stairs are not something we do. But the place was clean and we would recommend it for someone younger

Thank you for taking the time to review our suite. I am sorry it didn’t work out for you. Our listing does show a flight of stairs as the first featured photo and is also described as being above a garage. That being said, I carried your luggage up the stairs for you. I also accommodated your request for an early check in when you arrived an hour before check in time. Despite your challenge with the stairs, I hope you were able to enjoy your time staying at Ridgeview Retreat.

We could not have been happier with our visit. The suite was gorgeous, well-equipped and super relaxing. We had pretty views through many windows. The location was in close proximity to all we wanted to see and do. Communication with the homeowner was easy and enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend this delightful spot.

We had a lovely stay with our kids. The location was perfect and made it very easy to travel to Mount Washington. The place was comfortable and worked well for a family. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always in touch, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the suite. It's not often that the reality is even better than the photographs, but we were so impressed by the layout, the comfort and the thoughtfulness of the rental. We had everything we needed for our stay, plus many extra touches that made it even better. The central location was perfect - an easy drive to the coast, to Cumberland and into Courtney. It was nice to meet our hosts, and we felt very welcome. The little outdoor storage unit was a great touch to keep the bike secure. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

From our perspective, this vacation rental was near perfect. Clearly no corners have been cut and there has been a total commitment to the highest quality in every aspect of the facility, from the expansive and comfortable bed, to the lighting, to the fresh cream in the fridge, to the full array of quality kitchen utensils. It seems that every conceivable need has been anticipated and provided for. The suite was absolutely pristine and everything seemed brand new. It was so fresh and clean, we felt as if we were the first guests to ever stay there. We were struck by how roomy and spacious the suite was. We were not just completely satisfied with our stay but delighted with all the comforts and conveniences provided.

The suite was very clean, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The view of the mountains is great. Nearby paths were good for walking and jogging and lead down all the way to the water. The hosts were friendly and communication with them was good. The bed was comfortable. All in all, it was a great place and we’ll stay there again the next time we’re back.

The unit was perfect! Thoughtfully laid out, thoughtfully stocked, and clean as a whistle. Nicole and Cameron were so quick to reply and super accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and be happy to do a longer stint as it’s set up well for cooking and relaxing. Much more to offer than just a space to crash! (Comfy bed too). Nothing but praise for these hosts and this unit.
