Upon entry, you'll be greeted by an open-concept floor plan showcasing gorgeous masonry work along the walls, adding character and charm to the space. The dining room is designed for family gatherings, with a table that comfortably seats up to six—perfect for meals, game nights, or celebrating special moments.

The kitchen features a playful backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, and a spacious island with three barstools, providing a great spot for breakfast or casual conversations. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main living room, complete with a plush couch and a TV—an inviting place to unwind after a day by the pool.

Through the sliding glass doors, step into your outdoor oasis, where a gorgeous private pool overlooks the serene lake. With plenty of outdoor seating and chaise lounges, this space is made for soaking up the Florida sunshine, enjoying morning coffee, or ending the day with a sunset view.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, ample closet space, and an attached bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub, creating a spa-like retreat.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and plenty of room for personal belongings, while the second bathroom features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

The third bedroom is perfect for families or guests, with two twin-size beds and a cozy atmosphere.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a non-refundable Home Owners Association application that may request personal details.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

As a valued guest in one of our vacation properties at River Strand Golf and Country Club, guests have complete membership privileges included in the price of this booking. The membership includes access to our championship golf coarse where you can golf as much as you like, plus all of the other country club amenities.
