Guest Access

You’ll have private access to the entire home, backyard, pool, putting green, garage game room, and driveway during your stay.

Self check-in is available, and your unique front-door code will be sent on the day of arrival.

Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted for vacation rentals under City of Bradenton regulations.

Please note: Two owner closets—one near the front entry and one in the primary bedroom—are locked and not available for guest use.

Other Things to Note Before Booking

Pool temperature: The pool is heated, but water temperature can still be affected by unusually cold weather. We do our best to maintain a comfortable temperature, but cannot guarantee an exact pool temperature.

Pool and yard service: Landscaping and pool service are scheduled for Wednesdays. Service providers may need brief access to the outdoor area to keep the pool and grounds ready for your stay.

Guest limit: The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests total, including children and infants, in accordance with local regulations.

Starter supplies: We provide starter quantities of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. For longer stays or larger groups, nearby Winn-Dixie makes restocking easy.

Ice and water dispenser: The refrigerator’s built-in ice maker and water dispenser are not connected. Need ice for arrival? Let us know before check-in and we’ll be happy to send a starter bag.

Early arrival and late departure: Standard checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed, but we’re happy to accommodate when the schedule allows. Please message us to ask.

Glitter and confetti: Please do not use glitter or confetti on the property, including indoors, on the patio, or in or around the pool. Because it is difficult to fully remove, an additional cleaning fee may apply if it is found after checkout.
