Hi Patricia, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts. I’m really glad to hear that your daughter enjoyed her stay and the activities on the lake. It sounds like she had a nice break, which is wonderful to hear! I’m sorry for any confusion about the hot tub. We don’t have one at the property, and I understand how this might have been an expectation. We made sure to mention our setup in our listing and also confirmed this in our phone conversation before the booking, but I’m sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Regarding the window blind rod, we did indeed find that it was damaged and unfortunately, the entire header needs to be replaced. We really wish it could be as simple as just replacing the rod, but it’s part of the built-in header system. As for our living situation, this is in the listing that we live on site with our dog. I also texted this to you before booking. I also want to clarify that the patio area you mentioned, which is below the deck in front of our door, is a small space that’s for our use. However, the entire yard, beach, upper deck (30x10), and driveway are all available for the renters to use. The restricted area is just a small part of the property and should not impact anyone’s stay. We made sure to disclose this information prior to arrival, and I hope it didn’t affect your daughter’s experience. I understand this situation might be frustrating, and I appreciate your patience as we address the damage issue. Thanks again. Cindy
