Dette er et split-level hus, hele den øverste etage er til rådighed til leje. Jeg bor i nederste etage. Disse er helt adskilte enheder med egen indgang hver. Baghaven er et skjult paradis i sommermånederne og det er eksklusivt for gæsterne. Imidlertid opretholder jeg swimmingpoolen og landskabet. Stedet er rummelige, rene og godt vedligeholdt på en stille gade i et dejligt kvarter.

Otte Hycrest Drive er smukt indrettet og har masser af lys. Dens køkken er stort, med moderne apparater, granit bordplader og alt hvad du behøver at lave mad. Du vil elske induktionsovnen!

Badeværelset har badekar / bruser og to håndvaske med god opbevaring.

Gulve er hårdttræ i hele, med interessante detaljer som krone lister. Den kombinerede stue-spisestue har en gasindsats pejs til atmosfære og varme.

Baghaven er et privat paradis! Her kan du se farverige landskabspleje, herunder en fiskedam med vandstrømning blandt klipper og planter af enhver art. Om sommeren kan du nyde en solopvarmet swimmingpool i jorden, liggestole, lysthus og grill.

Dit hjem har alle fornødenheder og meget mere: Du har en moderne front-loading vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, (tilgængelig med mindst 2 uger ophold) åben spisestue-stue, store skabe og store vinduer. Baseboard opvarmning er effektiv (gas), og vandet er ved et tankvand mindre varmt vand, så varmt vand er både økonomisk og uendeligt.

If you are looking for a relaxing oasis, look no more,this is the place for you. We found state of the art amenities in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely comfortable stay in Worcester MA

Tania has a lovely property which we found very comfortable and homely. Tania and Glenn were both very communicative and provided all the assistance we needed to feel at home in the property. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Host was very responsive, guides on how to use or find things made orientation quick. King size bed was in good condition (didn't sleep in the other beds), mattress did not sag. Overall house was clean, smelled fresh, and was well laid out. Loved the Nespresso machine and the washer/dryer combo is easy to use. The 4-star rating for family friendly is because the property is upstairs and not child proofed for very young children, but that was made clear in the description. I did not bring young children, so it did not affect my stay. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet, I felt safe running outside in the early dawn hours.

We're so glad you enjoyed the new King Saatva Rx bed, found the household guides useful, the house so clean, the Nespresso delicious and the laundry machines convenient. When we have guests with children we advise them of the Retract-a-gate at the top of the stairs, the hall closet and kitchen cabinet locks, the receptacle covers, the fast table chair and play crib. So glad you enjoyed your run at dawn, tracks available at the high school two blocks away and the community college a half mile or so. Hope to see you back soon!

Awesome Experience

My two sons and I went to have a weekend away and this was a great place to have it. The house was great and had everything we needed and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. If we go back to the area this will be my go to place.

Quiet/Comfy/Relaxing

We loved the house, location, and area. We did most of our active vacationing driving to Boston or Plymouth. But home base was everything we could hope for when it comes to pleasant relaxation.

This was an outstanding rental property and we would highly recommend it. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The house had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, huge screen for watching TV, lovely bedrooms. The garden and pool area was amazing, beautifully kept, a stream/waterfall, and gorgeous flowers. The pool was huge, with sparking water, and very warm (86-88 degrees on most days). The patio area was perfect for relaxing and pool lilos/toys were even provided too! We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, they were easy to contact and responded really quickly to any queries we had. The location is ideal for exploring massachusetts and beyond, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We had a very relaxing stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Oasis in Worcester

What a gem! If you don’t like: peace and quiet, Asian style, sparkling clean accommodations, friendly hosts, then this isn’t the place for you! Best place we’ve stayed in Worcester, by far.

Hosts that anticipate every need!

The hosts are extremely responsive and really have tried to make sure that absolutely any need you might have is met. The outside is especially lovely and the property is very quiet. The main (king) bed is very soft. It was great to have so much nice storage space in the bedrooms.

Great experience

The home was beautiful and very well equipped. They had the heat running and everything was very well kept. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Mr. Pape was very helpful and gave us a full tour of all the functions for all of the smart devices as well as a list of all local activities that were near the home. I would definitely stay there again

Lovely Jewel of a home

All was smooth sailing for every aspect of our stay. Communication with Tania and Glenn was superb before, during and after. The house well suited our stay for our son’s college graduation. I wish the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool and welcoming outdoor area, but Glenn and Tania made sure it was ready for us nonetheless. Hope to be back in Worcester to enjoy this property!

Tranquil in the City

We needed a place for 5 people to do schooling and work while my husband tended to his ill family member. We lucked out finding this pristine listing! It was cheaper than the hotels we had looked at and had so many amenities. The check in process was quick and easy and the communication was top notch. Would love to bring my family back during the summer to vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Wonderful

From start to finish Tania and Glenn have been great. Even helping us with food when our flight was cancelled. The house is soooooo much better than the pictures. Well appointed and in a lovely peaceful location. It looks gorgeous lit up at night too. We had a lovely stay, slept really well in comfy bed, the house had everything we could have wanted and more. Thanks for all your friendly help and hospitality, we hope to return in the summer so we can make use of the lovely garden and pool.

Great place to stay for the summer!

Beautiful property in Worcester with a great backyard pool in a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I stayed with our kids, 6 and 9, for 4 weeks in July and August 2020 to get away from the city and enjoy the outdoors. We spent nearly the entire time in the pool, relaxing in the hammock and pergola and grilling. Tania was always friendly and super responsive to any issues that we had. There was a bit of a plumbing issue that affected us for a week or so, but it was eventually resolved. Overall it was a very relaxing and much needed vacation.

A Modern Zen Oasis

Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this beautiful 3 bedroom is warm & inviting. The house features an ultra modern setup with Siri speakers throughout in every room, induction stove, remote controlled fireplace, projection TV, etc.There are QR codes to go with every aminity, so you're never at a loss. Best of all, though, are the hosts. Glenn, who is on-site, was available through out our stay, whether to offer advice, take in a package that was delivered, or even share an Amazon link to one of the home's amenities that I particularly liked. This truly was a home away from home.

Stayed here to attend a friend’s wedding and associated parties. The location was perfect and just minutes from all of the events. The house was very clean and had every convenience we needed. It was so much nicer and more affordable than the two adjoining hotel rooms we were pricing! Communication with the owner/manager was awesome! Glenn gave us several great recommendations for restaurants, and he was very communicative during our stay, checking in via text to see if we needed anything! I could tell the grounds and pool would be beautiful during warmer months! The dedicated parking was very convenient and well lit at night. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!!

Yes, the property is so much less expensive than two hotel rooms and yet it provides more space, inside and out, amenities if you like to cook or like music or plants, and privacy. With the pool in summer, it's a slice of heaven.

Amazing

The decor is outstanding. The yard is meticulously cared for. The backyard is paradise. You don't get this from a hotel. The beds are comfy, kitchen is huge. No cable on TV, you will need a laptop with hdmi output to connect to the projector. But with the pool and gazebo, there wasn't much TV watching going on. I throughly enjoyed my stay and if I ever get the chance to go back through Worchester I know exactly where I'm coming.

I very much appreciate your taking the care and time to write such an eloquent review. Oh, we've upgraded our TV projection system so you no longer need a laptop to connect. We have Spectrum, Netflix, HBO all operated by remote control. HomePod minis in each room too, for music. I hope you visit again. Tania

Our son is going to WPI and we needed a place to stay for family event with the school. Overall we loved the property - cool decor with Turkish lamps, artwork, plants, and interesting gardens, home accents, etc. Every detail is covered including 100+ home manual, city guide, and QR code links on how to use everything. We loved the giant projection TV for watching Top Gun. We also played some of the board games as family that were provided. Convenient location to WPI, local stores, etc. We plan to stay again. Thank you for noticing our eclectic and vibrant decor! Yes, we've tried to cover everything in our indexed House manual, with just-in-time communications via labels and QR codes on appliances. Your vacation home is conveniently located right off (three minutes) of Highway 290 with quick access to Routes 85, Route 20, Route 495, Route 2 and, the Mass Pike (Route 90). Access to UMASS, major hospitals and colleges is within 5 to 10 minutes driving. Five minutes to public lakes. The neighborhood is super quiet, well maintained. The house is on a little hill with New England stone walls. I fell in love with it.

This home is decorated by me, maintained super clean and in mint condition. I've invested many small touches, created every convenience, opened its layout, filled it with light, plants, artwork and decor from world travels. Work office equipped with modern laser jet printer/scanner.

Its kitchen is huge, very well equipped (!) and with modern appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island, two sinks, it's everything you need to cook on a deluxe induction stove/double oven under Turkish chandeliers.

In a very quiet neighborhood, I've created a PRIVATE peaceful haven with soothing sounds and pleasing sights. A place to retreat and also to commune with others. Fenced-in, landscaped, hardscaped, well-lit, with a flower-filled yard to both please the senses and also create a place for entertaining, relaxing, a conversation. A pool for fun, a gentle waterfall with a stream whose sights and sounds cocoon you. Well appointed inside and out with multiple sitting areas, dining table, grills, Zen fire table, shady pergola.

Located IN Worcester itself (second largest city in New England) and in central MA, just off 290, Boston is an hour away; within 30 minutes from many festivals summer through fall, and 30 minutes from skiing at Mount Wachusett and many winter sports in winter.

My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, couples w/friends & family and business travelers.
