Perfect place in a perfect location! Recommend guests verify where to access the beach and be able to leave bikes without issues

Nice unit. Clean and in a good location for golf and beach access. The only downside was this is a ground floor unit. All was good until the upper unit was occupied and you could hear folks walking and opening and closing doors overhead. The process was pretty easy except I missed the part about needing a parking pass which was not to be picked up at Palmetto Dunes parking office but at the rental office outside of the community. It was in the information but a little buried but it was there and my fault I missed it. All in all I would rent again!

Thank you for sharing your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean accommodations and convenient Palmetto Dunes location, with easy access to both the beach and golf courses. We appreciate your understanding regarding the noise from the upstairs unit, as well as your feedback about the parking pass instructions. We know there's a lot of information to review before arrival, and we're happy to hear the rental process was easy overall. Most importantly, we're delighted that you would stay with us again! We were thoroughly impressed with the condo. Furnishings were like new and the kitchen was completely equipped. It was about a half mile walk or bike to the ocean but much faster by car if you could find a parking spot. We loved it and would come back.

Downstairs unit !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay. We wish we would’ve known ahead of time that it is a downstairs unit. Any time there were guests above us we heard every footstep- like someone was running a marathon above us. The microwave did not work, but the rental company was very quick with a fix. Location was great. Right behind Alexander’s and by the pool.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you had a good stay, enjoyed the great location, and appreciated being close to the pool and Alexander's Restaurant. We're also pleased that when the microwave issue was reported, our team was able to respond quickly and get it resolved for you. We understand that noise from the unit above can occasionally be noticeable in first-floor villas. The listing accurately reflects that this is a ground-floor unit, but we appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable island getaway!

The unit was spacious and super clean. It was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed for the week. The included bikes was an added bonus! Centre Court is a quiet complex that feels a bit secluded but also very accessible to beach access or general store via bike or walking. Our only teeny complaint is this unit is first level so you can hear some noise from the unit upstairs. The unit is also oriented in a way that you get some road noise and car lights from the main road into Palmetto Dunes. Overall great stay!
