Our unit was beautiful! Great view! Very clean and spacious! The beach is beautiful with lots of shells! Great communication…was sent texts throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! Highly recommend this rental!

Dreamy Sanibel Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel is so stunning and so special, and this condo is the perfect cozy spot to enjoy it from. The condo is completely updated and modern with a well-equipped kitchen and two cute 'sleeper chairs' for younger kiddos. It was super helpful to have two full bathrooms. Beach equipment closet includes everything you need for the beach - toys, umbrella, chairs, wagon, even a paddleboard (which my kids loved.) The beachfront location of this unit could not be more ideal - you can sit on the lanai and enjoy the view and then be down on the sand in less than five minutes. Sanibel is truly for relaxing, and we loved doing a puzzle, watching movies, playing games, reading and listening to music together in this condo. When we were out and about, our favorite spots in Sanibel are The Lighthouse Cafe for excellent breakfast, Jerry's for groceries/prepared foods/etc., Doc Ford's for dinner and Castle Golf for fun putt putt just off the island in Fort Myers. We would absolutely recommend Sanibel and this property to friends (we already have!)

The property was very nice. It was also nice to have chairs and an umbrella with a cart available for us to use on the beach. The condo pool was heated so that was nice. The only issue we had was the unit above us was being worked on and they would come in the evening and work until late. It was either that or a very noisy family above. Communication with the rental company before getting there was not the greatest. I had questions and concerns about being able to use the resort amenities and they weren’t really answered. As it worked out we were ok with not having the use of the resort amenities.It was shrugged off like they didn’t really read my question and didn’t have the time to respond to me. I also did not like you do not pay through VRBO. You pay the rental company and they charge you extra if you pay by credit card. They only honor price if you pay by check. This is NOT mentioned in the listing before renting. Only after renting do you find this out. They also had someone come and put in a keyless lock entry while we were there and that was a little frustrating as I wasn’t comfortable leaving all our things there with someone we didn’t know. So we did wait until he was done to leave. The one lady I did speak with at time of arrival was very nice. She ended up leaving the key at the resort since we were not getting in until late late so we didn’t have to make a separate stop at the office to get the key. Overall it was a nice experience and we would stay again.
