This unique, one of a kind property is situated in the heart of downtown Kelowna, steps from Okanagan Lake and City Park. Literally a stones throw from the water, marina, and lush grounds with outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, water parks, playground, walking/biking paths, and dozens of eateries to choose from. Floor to ceiling windows span the entire front of this main floor condo, located in the heart of downtown. This large (1500 square ft) property is tastefully furnished throughout....and provisioned with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay.
The spacious outdoor patio is perfect for dining, lounging, or watching the evening sunset.

Absolutely lovely unit. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Convenient location and can walk to so much. And, having a lake view is lovely. Communication was great and prompt.

This was an excellent place to stay! The location was great, right next to all kinds of restaurants and the lake. It was secure, and clean. Everything was well stocked, and comfortable. The only thing I would mention, for people looking to stay here, it is on the main floor with a private balcony that attached to a much larger private area. So, while you aren't right on the lake, you do have an unobstructed view.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was designed so beautifully, functional, and well-equipped. The place had everything we needed and more. It was a very unique property in that it was separate from the other residences. It had a huge balcony that our kids love to run around and even played soccer out there. The property is located right next to a beautiful city park with beach front access, splash pad, soccer fields, the Wibit, food trucks and more. Also, around the corner was a pedestrian only street of restaurants and shops within a short walk. I just can’t say enough how comfortable the place was. My kids (8 and 11) loved it. Hope to come back soon!

The property is in a great location in the heart of downtown Kelowna with great views of the park and waterfront across the street. The property was clean, well stocked, and included beautiful interior design. The AC worked fantastic in every room. Added bonus that is was just a short walk without ever leaving the building to our favorite restaurant, Humo Kelowna. Would highly recommend to other guests and will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location

The stay was fantastic. A very walkable location for restaurants and other shopping. A restaurant in the building just down the hall. Very quiet also. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Beds were very comfortable. Very comfortable. Hosts were extremely available and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We were in Kelowna to meet with our builders, we chose this location as it was close to our build site. The unit was in good condition and in a great location.

Fun Fall Kelowna Getaway

Excellent location, luxurious, and comfortable condo right in Kelowna’s downtown! We walked everywhere! Enjoyed all the nearby restaurants and pubs galore!

AMAZING LOCATION!

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfectly located condo! Every morning we took long walks along the boardwalk and enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and bars. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable for our party of 2 couples. Our hosts were great to work with! We hope to come back!

Exceptional Kelowna

Lakefront Haven has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay in Kelowna - beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds and sitting areas, roomy, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The check-in process was easy and I'm sure assistance from the property manager would have been prompt had we needed it. No reason not to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Kelowna Keeper!!

The 4 of us had a wonderful month long vacation in this fabulous condo on the downtown waterfront in Kelowna. WEll appointed and well stocked!! Tracy and Laura were there for our every need. Great restaurants, shopping, wineries and breweries! Would definitely stay there again!!

Absolutely Stunning Place and Fabulous Location

This place was stunning. You couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beds were so comfy and both were king size. Spacious place. We really loved the patio space. They even had herbs on the patio that you could pick and use. Had everything we needed. Lois was friendly, informative and accommodating. Pundergeound parking on site. Highly highly recommend this place.

Beautifully decorated and equipped unit. Small bedroom had a droning from an AC unit above that was not affiliated with unit. Slightly bothersome but nice unit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, and the condo itself is beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. There were beach towels and chairs to use. The large fishbowl-style windows offer gorgeous views of the park and lake, and the outdoor sitting area is a lovely bonus for relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine.A few things to note for future guests: the outdoor sitting area is adjacent to a hall used by restaurant patrons heading to the washroom, so while there is signage, it’s not completely private. You may also notice some visibility of the kitchen staff from the restaurant. One amenity we missed was access to a BBQ, which would have been a nice touch. Also, the scent in the main lobby and stairwell was quite strong and could be improved.Overall, we had a great experience.

Very unique property

Far from typical, this massive condo is beautifully decorated and has high end fixtures and appliances. Its view is cool, as you look across a private deck area of many thousands of feet, and out across a road to park and lake. Whole front of condo is windows so well lit but no glare or heat. There is no one above or below this unit so very private. As someone else mentioned, there is a bit of a throb sound above the second bedroom that might be irritating but we didn't use that room.. there is lot of construction in the downtown area in Kelowna and it can be heard at times, but I think less here than other places. We are already planning a return.visit.

This rental is gorgeous! It is modern, well kept and clean. It is located in the heart of downtown Kelowna which means you can walk to the marina for a seadoo rental, or parasailing. You can walk to the beach to lie on the sand or go for a swim. You can walk to multiple ice cream shops, a bakery and dozens of restaurants and shops (don’t miss trying Humo for supper which you are literally attached to in this rental. The food is phenomenal)! There is even a Safeway about 5/6 blocks down Bernard Street if you are looking to make use of the beautiful, well equipped kitchen. They have everything from pots and pans to a ninja blender, toaster, coffee pot and tons of beautiful dishes (and more).Downtown Kelowna was very vibrant when we were there including several concerts, rollerblading night, dancing night and a market for multiple blocks down Bernard. Look online to see what is going on while you are there!One suggestion to travellers is to consider the size of vehicle they bring. The parking stall included with the unit is for a regular sized vehicle. If you are over 6’6” tall or around 19’ long like our truck is you will have to use Chapmans parkade a couple of blocks away. And if you are longer than 19’ you will struggle with the corners at Chapmans as well. We knew this ahead of time so we expected to park off site but it’s worth knowing if you didn’t think to ask!This property is extremely well run by a friendly, knowledgeable, on site representative. We loved our stay!
