Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m glad the condo was comfortable for your family and that the bunk beds were a hit with your kids. I’m sorry the expectations around beach chairs and umbrellas weren’t clear—I understand how frustrating that can be, especially for a multi‑day stay. Your feedback on pricing, décor, and listing clarity is incredibly helpful, and we’ll review these areas to ensure future guests have a more seamless arrival. We appreciate you staying with us and wish the experience had felt more aligned with the value you expected.

Thank you Dawn for staying with us and for taking time to leave a review! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we certainly agree that more should be done to make the water accessible to everyone and we'll push for that for sure. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear the condo’s views, cleanliness, and spacious layout were a great fit for your family of five. We appreciate your note about the master bathroom. To clarify for future guests, the vanity and sink area is open to the bedroom, but the toilet and shower—including the oversized soaking tub—are fully enclosed behind a door. We understand how the open vanity layout may feel different from a traditional bathroom setup, and your feedback is helpful as we continue evaluating updates. We’re delighted the rest of your stay was enjoyable, and we hope to welcome you back again.
