Perfect choice for boaters, bikers, and golf cart lovers. Pet friendly too! This house is a duplex, one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs. South ACK is the UPSTAIRS unit. Beautiful views included from the upstairs porch. There is no elevator, FYI.

Beautiful upstairs, two bedroom, pet friendly unit at Front Street Village in Beaufort. Located just a short walk to the 34 Degree North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel, "South ACK" is just minutes to the popular Beaufort waterfront. This condo features a huge covered front porch, one assigned parking spot with plenty of other spots available, water views, and a place to park and charge a golf cart. Inside you will find an open floor plan, hardwood floors in main living area, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms on main floor feature king size beds, master has a private in room full bath, and second bedroom has a full bath in the hall. There is a large loft upstairs with a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. Use this room for sleeping, games, media room, or recreation spot. Sleeps a total of 6 in beds, and 8 with the sleeper sofa pulled out.

Bring your own golf cart-the unit does not come with one. There are plenty of places to rent one in town!
Electric car charging is right across the street.

(Some of the reviews discuss using the hotel pool, unfortunately this amenity is no longer available).

Amazing Stay During Our Wedding

We got married at the Beaufort Hotel on Saturday but were down there Tuesday through Monday. We were initially planning on staying in the hotel, but his rental gave us plenty of space for everything we brought down for the wedding, a comfortable place to hangout during the week and get ready at on the wedding day, and we were able to bring our dog! My husband and I stayed in this rental and my parents stayed right next door in Sea Glass and had an amazing stay as well. The beds were comfortable, the master bath and kitchen were spacious, the deck was large with plenty of seating for everyone to hangout, and you can't beat the location if you have events at the hotel! We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Very Nice!

Two families stayed very comfortably over Thanksgiving! House had a big kitchen and plenty of accessories to cook a family feast. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Would stay there again!

Stayed for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place right in front of the Beaufort Hotel. It was very convenient and our stay was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more. Tammy was very sweet and helpful when we needed a later checkout. She is wonderful to work with. A+

Great Location and New!

Amazing getaway

This place is perfect for a getaway to recharge. It has such great character and charm and the location is just amazing. You’re so close to the Waterfront, but yet just away enough to be out of the crowds. There are SO many amazing restaurants close by, and one of the best is literally right beside you…the 34° North Restaurant, which is in the Beaufort Hotel. Amazing food and drinks, and it’s a 3 minute walk from your door. Possibly the best part of our trip was the property manager, Heather…who was fantastic!! She was so great to work with and is a treasure trove of information about the area. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of October and it was above and beyond what we expected!! Beautiful time of year to come to that part of the country, beautiful location, great communication with the property owner, immaculate property! Loved starting our day with coffee on the front porch! Definitely will be returning!!

Our 4th Summer Here!

We love South Ack! The property manager Heather was GREAT! The location is perfect for those who want some amenities like a pool or onsite restaurant! We love the set up here and it’s perfect for 4 adults and a child (and more!) The house is set up and decorated great! You will need a special kind of nespresso pod (pointy end) but there is a regular coffee maker too. If you do a lot of cooking like we do you will likely need a can opener as each year we buy one it’s gone when we come back lol 😂 Be sure to sign the guest book too! Can’t wait for our 5th summer next year!!

Good Outer Banks Alternative

The property was roomy, clean, well maintained, well-equipped and comfortable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the digs. We were on the upper floor of the duplex which had a great porch with very comfortable cafe chairs. Not a lot to view but the breeze was delightful...great place for morning coffee and evening drinks. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed for light meals. Would definitely recommend this property.
