Lakefront Landing is a spectacular 4 level luxury lake house with deluxe private dock located at the heart of Tims Ford Lake in Tennessee. Amazing lake views from nearly every room are sure to take your breath away from the moment you arrive. Wake up relaxed to the most beautiful sunrises in Tennessee. Grab a coffee and step onto one of our expansive decks to take in year-round big water views of Tims Ford Lake. Soak up the sun at our deluxe floating dock with water slide and second-tier entertaining deck. Explore the lake on our 2 paddle boards included in your rental. Rent a boat or kayaks from our business partner or from one of four nearby marinas. Wind down at the end of the day with a family meal prepared in our gourmet kitchen and a glass of wine on one of our numerous outdoor decks and patios. Add-on luxury services including spa treatments, private chef, overnight boat rentals, fishing guides are available for a separate extra fee.

Lakefront Landing is ideally located in the very center of Tims Ford Lake on a 1 acre wooded lot with private gated entrance and is perfect for large families with space to spread out. This is not your ordinary lake house, we have large rooms and three king beds! Two large primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each have a king size bed. On the second floor, one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms each overlook the lake. The final two bedrooms each have two twin beds and were designed for teens or children. Our custom home was recently updated with fine interior furnishings and features high end amenities. Includes an elevator, gated private entrance, coffee bar, EV charger, ping pong table, corn hole, outdoor fireplace and board games. Exterior cameras monitor and record all entranceways to the home for your safety and protection of the home.

Note from the Woods Family

Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. I even did the waterslide and jumping off second story and I'm 59. The boat rental recommendations were perfect. They delivered the boat and picked it up. Fishing and inter-tubing on such a gorgeous lake. The house is perfectly located. Ping pong on the lower level was also a huge hit. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Week in Winchester!

We had never been to the area, so we were definitely taking a little bit of a gamble on what we would find. That said, Lakefront Landing was absolutely perfect for our group. My only regret was that not everybody in our group was able to make it, as the house was very spacious and could have easily accommodated the 14 people we were originally planning on. The dock was super fun and convenient, the views from the house were great, and it was very very convenient to have an elevator to spare us at least part of the journey back up from the dock! Owners were super responsive - we only had one minor issue with the a/c on one of the floors and they had someone out fixing it IMMEDIATELY. We would definitely rent again and all the kids are begging us to book it already!

Summer Vacation

This place is absolutely amazing!! The house has everything you need and there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! This kitchen was amazing and we had plenty of room for our family of 14. The dock was very nice. We had a blast swimming and boating on the lake. The location is ideal because you are close to all the marinas! 10/10 recommend staying here! Amy, the owner, is very on top of everything and very hospitable! ♥️♥️

Family Christmas

Typically, we gather in the mountains after Christmas with our extended family. This year, we decided on Tim's Ford as we enjoyed our time there in the summer. This house was perfect! Great communication from the Owner (Amy) and Lakefront Landing. We were offered early check-in the morning of arrival which was great. The lake views from the house are amazing. The house is well organized, clean, and attention to details for guests was very present. The kitchen is very well organized down to labeling of each drawer and cabinets which was very useful. The usage of the garages, the garage opener, and gate opener was really a nice touch. The basement was a perfect spot for the kids to hang out, play bags and ping pong to late in the evenings. We will hope to return next Christmas and really would like to spend find time this summer if the house is available. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

Thanksgiving week

I was looking for a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in a location we could hike in and be outside. This house met my needs, however, because it is on a lake we assumed the water was easily accessible to launch kayaks, etc. which was not the case. Overall it met our needs.

Perfect Rental Property!

This property was by far the nicest we have ever rented! The house is a very high end build, seemingly not built to be a rental property. All appliances, fixtures, floors, furniture, etc.. are in great condition and top quality. Our family of 10, from PA, TX, CA, and CO loved our stay. Amy, the owner, demonstrated perfect communications and professionalism on all questions and items that we discussed. I can say with certainty that this property is the only one that we have ever rented where I can say "I can't think of anything that could have been improved". It really was perfect, from the house, to the owner, to the lake, to the dock. Thank you Amy for enabling such a wonderful time for us in your lovely home. We will be back!

Can’t Lose with these Views!

Great lake-house for creating lasting memories

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms that are spread out in the house. The kitch was spacious; providing plenty of room to make meals for the family. The best part is the dock, which is a short walk from the house, yet far enough away if you have kids that aren't pool safe yet. The older kids spent most of the day diving off the top deck or using the water slide. The owners also provide mooring whips to safely park our boat on the dock. I would highly recommend this property to families wanting to spend quality time together on the lake.

Everything was perfect

This home was perfect and amazing in every way. We had 7 executives there for a corporate strategy retreat. Several of us have our own lake homes throughout the country, so we could recognize how great this place is. We enjoyed meeting on the patio, at the dining room table and enjoying the views and the lake in our free time. Would highly recommend for a corporate retreat and a family outing. Communication was great and didn’t need anything that wasn’t already there.

Perfect family getaway

We celebrated my Dad’s 80th Birthday here. It was wonderful for everyone ages 10 to 80! The house is beautiful, roomy and spotless, the views are breathtaking, the location is ideal and no detail has been overlooked. We would love to be back!

We didn’t want to leave.

Family members from three states met at this beautiful home for a family reunion. All we had to bring was our clothes and food. The house has everything else. Many memories were made. It was hard to leave the beauty of the lake and the love of family. Thankful to the owners for sharing their home.

Beautiful views/Beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. The view is incredible from all decks. The house was well kept and clean. While the driveway is quite steep, it is manageable. The walkway down to the dock is also steep and there is an area that is just concrete with no stairs which can be challenging for some. While we didn’t use the kayak or other boards, it was nice to have access to them if we wanted to. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck of the dock and also sitting around the fire place on the lower level deck. Overall we would certainly recommend this property if your looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the lake life.

The house is beautiful and met our family needs in every way.

The property is beautiful! The views from almost every room are spectacular. Our family ranged in age from 19 to 84. Once we managed to navigate the steep incline/decline to the dock, we thoroughly enjoyed being on the water.

Excellent for our family

We celebrated an 80th birthday with family members coming from AL, MS, and VA. Everything was perfect even the weather. Beautiful setting even a doe and her two fawns posed for a picture. Highly recommend!

Great House. Great Views.

Brought our family of 7. The house is positioned perfectly on the lake. The driveway and walk to the dock are quite steep, so some guest may find it challenging to get up and down. House is very clean. Lots of room to spread out.

This is a perfect house for a large family with active children!They love the lake more than the bea

It was a perfect vacation!! The climb from the lake to the house was the only drawback. My husband and I are 70 so this was quite a struggle! This is our second time to book this house.

Welcome! I hope you and your family enjoy Lakefront Landing during your stay. We purchased our lakefront home in 2020 to provide an easy getaway to water, sun, and adventure for our whole family. We have three children, in elementary, middle and high school, and live in the Nashville area.

I first fell in love with Lakefront Landing for the views, but also love that our home is spacious enough to bring along lots of friends and extended family. At the lake, our favorites are sunrise coffee and sunset wine. We fill the time in between with kayaking, hiking and family fun. Our three children love boating, water sports, hanging out on the dock, and s’mores at the outdoor fireplace. Their grandparents enjoy fishing, big family meals and those special connections that only happen on lake time.

We searched far and wide for a family vacation home to spend time with our three children as they grow up, and there is nothing like Lakefront Landing on Tims Ford Lake! The views took our breath away and the home has everything we could ever need. Besides its ideal location at the center of Tims Ford Lake, the house is perfectly situated to maximize big water views, and the amazing dock is tucked in our cove to provide a fantastic swim area.

We are in an upscale subdivision away from the hustle and bustle, offering the ultimate in privacy and lake views. Lakefront Landing offers year-round big water views that are second to none. Our home offers expansive views of the lake, but our floating dock is uniquely nestled off the side of the home in a small quiet cove where it is shielded from heavy watercraft traffic and wake.
