Welcome to the Beachside Bungalow!

Brand new floor to ceiling, inside and out! 3BR/2BA home with split bedroom floor plan.

Enjoy your vacation on the pool deck under the screened lanai or head off to the beach for sun and surf, or beautiful sunsets. The home is located just over a mile from Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park , as well as close to shopping/dining at wonderful Mercato, The Ritz Carlton, La Playa resort, and more.

This home is beautifully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen, Weber Gas Grill, and all of the furnishings for your vacation needs including all bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, bikes.

We also provide a pass to Florida State Parks at no additional cost, this provides free entry and parking into Award Winning Delnor Wiggins Beach.

Beaches are within 1.5 - 2 miles, an easy bike ride or a nice stroll.

The BR layouts are as follows:

Master - King w/ 43' Plasma, Cable TV/Blu Ray DVD Player, Private bathroom

2nd BR -King w/ 43' Plasma, Cable TV/Blu Ray DVD Player

3rd BR - 2 Twin beds

A 51' Plasma TV, Cable TV, Blu Ray DVD Player, and a Wii system are available in the living room.

Full size front loading washer/dryer, Wifi and a landline telephone (free long distance to US & Cananda) are included. Local property manager is available for any needs you may have.

Great beach cottage

Everything was clean and in great working order. Loved the pool and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

February in Naples

We decided to try a month in Florida during the cold Chicago winter now that we are retired. We had never spent any time in Naples, but after spending the month of February 2025 there, we are hooked. The weather was fantastic and having this lovely home for the month, with a pool was fabulous. We spent several evenings at the conveniently located Vanderbilt Public Beach or Wiggins State Park for the sunsets and many afternoons at the beach or relaxing by the pool. The house was perfect for us and a few family that visited us during our stay. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, including a great BBQ, but also enjoyed the variety of restaurants that were nearby. We will definitely be back and would recommend this lovely home to friends and family.

Nice Convenient Location

Our family of 4 loved this place. We booked this instead of 2 hotel rooms while visiting for 5 days. Nice kitchen, plenty of room in Living room, bedrooms, and poolside for us to hangout with a few relatives that visited for lunch and dinner. Would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

We loved the house which was clean, updated and had a wonderful heated pool in the backyard. Great location…close to Vanderbilt beach and lots of restaurants. We loved the 5 min walk to Dunkin Donuts in the morning. Was great for three generations of our family that came to visit. We’d love to return!

Perfect spring break for small family

Property owner VERY receptive and great communicator. Pool area is fantastic and private, plenty of seating. Clean, stocked well (could use a few more wine glasses:), plenty of towels, nice to have 2 king beds, plenty of closet room, regular coffee pot, all appliances worked well, (dryer takes a while)...can walk to Dunkin Donuts and nice restaurant called Two Fillets, plenty of bikes and beach chairs...way to far to walk to beach (1mile as the crow flies, but almost 2 mile walk), but very short drive...and easy parking at parking garage at Vanderbilt Beach (state beach still closed). Would stay again. Thanks!

Great place to have a rest

This house looks better than the photos. It has been recently remodeled, has a great layout, and is just 5 minutes away from the beach. We spend 6 wonderful days with my parents in law, sister and 2 kids and everyone is still talking how lovely our vacation was. The truth is we did not get out that much because I had my 2 months old baby with me (I know!! I never imagined I will traveler with an infant). Hether provided us a basinet so baby could sleep next to us, take day naps and I could relax at the pool. Lovely, clean, fully stocked. I loved your bed sheets and covers. Pillows though were a little stuffy, I would loosen a few up. I already recommended this house to couple of our friends!

Amazing

Overall this house is amazing : beautifully decorated and furnished. The layout of the house is excellent. Pool great, really warm. Everything you would need in the kitchen and more. The beds are really comfy. Excellent location, right near shops and restaurants. Great wifi Loved the free pass to Delnor wiggins state park, used it lots, its only five minutes away. A few negatives but it wouldnt stop me booking the house again because the possitive far outway them : no brakes on the push bikes so didnt feel confident enough to ride them, but we are novices. Shower was broken in the bath,its usable but needs repairing. The sofa needs replacing, it looks beautiful but all the springs are gone and its very uncomfortable to sit on Please dont let these negatives put you off booking this house for your holiday, it really is an amazing house and exceptional value for money compared to others in the same area.

Nice House, Nice Up and Coming Neighborhood!

The house was clean when we arrived, although later in the week we did find a dog toy and ball from a previous customer when I used a swiffer mop to get MY dog's ball out from under the couch! We were very close to local beaches, not far from Naples (15-20 minutes) where we enjoyed the Tin City shops and sightseeing excursions. Also went to a dog park in Bonita Springs, about a 20 minute drive north. My sisters and I enjoyed sleeping at the house, as the beds were very comfortable! The closets had hangers and organizers with shelving, too! The kitchen is huge with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The sitting area has a small sectional. (I missed a recliner...can't have everything! LOL). The TVs use internet apps--so if you are not on the streaming bandwagon, call Patrick! The pool was beautiful, water temp warmed up so that it was comfortable going in. The water is not deep, ranging from 2 feet to 6 feet. The yard in back outside of the lanai is no longer green grass, thanks to Hurricane Ian. There are stepping stones to the shed and mulch on the ground. Admittedly not as pretty as the pictures show, but good enough for the dogs to have a place to sniff and roam and do their business. The whole pool area gets shade most of the day due to large palms and plants, and possibly the angle of the sun in January. In my opinion, this made it more pleasant to sit outside on the very comfortable lounge chairs. We had a great two weeks that went too fast!!

Great place!

Property was very clean and spacious. Everything was higher end from appliances and countertops to bed and bedding quality, slept great! The owner was very accommodating, I had just notified him that one of the beach chairs was broken and he offered to go replace it the same day. He was available for recommendations the entire stay. He also was flexible when we had to change dates last minute due to airline cancellations. It is very close to beach and many restaurants!

Lovely stay in this great house well located for the beaches and Naples.

The house and pool are lovely. There is a lot of beach equipment and towels and the beaches are only 5 mins drive away. Good local places to eat and Naples not far away. Everglades about 1 hour away so can easily do boat trip and/or airboat tour as a day trip. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Checkout on site said 10:00 , book on counter with everything you need to know about the property said11:00. Went to dinner came back and the book was changed to11:00am?! Got us thinking did someone hear us talking? Cameras? Loved the property everything was excellent just a little weird? Great pool, property manager awesome everything really was great. We needed extra time to check out but was not given to us because someone else was coming in. Said it takes six hours to clean? We left it immaculate not sure how it could take that long it was a small place but very nice.

Home is very comfortable and convenient to beaches , groceries and restaurants. Had all the amenities we needed and pool was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The owner was incredibly responsive! We had a slight issue with the coffee maker and within hours he delivered a brand new and upgraded coffee maker, with coffee. Patrick was very good!!!! The house was incredibly clean! Probably the cleanest VRBO I've every stayed in. House was equipped with everything you need and the location was excellent. I ran to Vanderbilt beach daily! It was a little far to walk with kid, but super close by car! I would highly recommend this home. Great for families with kids The bed were very comfy!!!

Naples retreat

The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. My favorite part was the pool area. If it was chilly at the beach, it was nice and warm at the pool because there are trees all around the enclosure blocking the wind. It also made the pool area very private.

amazing pool and location

I absolutely loved this house, the pool was private and the kids (3 & 5) were swimming anytime we were home. The home was clean and comfy in a great location to beaches and everything you could possibly want on vacation.

Excellent!!!

This property is a very cozy place to spend a few days off or vacations. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and within walking distance of places of spacing and services. Hygiene inside the house, comfort, kitchenware and appliances, all in excellent condition. The owner was always aware of how we were feeling and if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and other family members. Thanks.

A great location for a Florida getaway

Had a blast! Great location to visit several different beaches. Perhaps the best beach was just 2 miles down the road at Vanderbilt beach. We rode the bikes provided down to watch the sunset each night - which made a great nightcap for the day. Met or exceeded our expectations. A great place for my entire family.
