Short but Sweet Visit

The home was very clean and had wonderful touches. Bianca was very communicative and easy to work with. The home location was great and I would stay there again when visiting Little Falls

Canal Days

This property was just as advertised, clean, nicely decorated and convenient to everything we did. Bianca was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs.

Beautiful home, responsive host

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment. It’s up on the third floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others. Bianka was very responsive and informative. Would stay here again when visiting Little Falls.

I just had to point that out just in case you did not see that because it sounded like you were a little surprised it was on the third floor. Very Easy

Thank you for making it so easy. We had never heard of Little Falls before and were happy to discover it. With a hard work weekend this was a great place for our weekend home.

Little falls

Great value, large space. Neighborhood was very loud both nights. Otherwise nice experience in little falls.

I’m sorry if things were loud… Normally it is very quiet around there, but since the music festival was going on this weekend there so much more commotion and noise with the influx of people, a good thing for the city naturally :-) but I’m sorry if it was inconvenient for you. short trip to LIttle Falls

My sisters and I loved the apartment, Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious. Easy to get to. Kitchen utensils in great shape. Parking was a little tight and definately not for anyone with mobility issues.

Hi Pamela… Thank you for your review! I wanted to respond to your parking comment… You were supposed to park in spot number one which was right next to the sidewalk, which you did not from what I could see. I believe I specifically wrote you that spot #1 was for you which is very easy to get in and out of. The other spots are for tenants. .. Which is why I specify number one, my spot for a van, which is in pretty big numbers on the driveway pavement. I’m not sure what kind of car you had since I could not see it so I’m assuming you parked in one of the other spots. I’m sorry you felt that was an issue. I’m very clear on the communication and I really didn’t want to bother you about it since one of my tenants was away. Hopefully it was not too much of an issue :-)

Amazing apartment

We spent 2 weeks touring central NY looking for a summer home - this apartment was my wife's favorite place we stayed - amazing décor...but keeping our kids quiet was an exhausting chore ;-) Definitely sold on the Little Falls area...access to the bike path and kayaking on the canal. Hoping the downtown area keeps bouncingh back post-covid.

Charming, Comfortable Place

Traveler beware, it is two flights of stairs up. This was not an issue for us, but I know it could be for some. Everything was spelled out clearly by the property manager and we had no issues. The beds are very stiff, which isn't great for me, but some prefer it that way. All of the sheets and blankets were very comfortable and cozy though. The decor was nice. The tv had a Roku with Netflix set-up for when we were winding down for the night. It was a good spot all in all.

The property is very close to the interstate and hospital. This is a plus because Little Falls has a lot of confusing one way streets. The host respond very quickly to questions. This is a first for me. I used to having to wait for the host. Last which was a big plus the host was very proactive with sending the check in information before check in date. Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was perfect for our trip to the area for the Boilermaker. The place is family friendly if you have older children. The place have beautiful antique which might make parents of babies and younger children nervous.

Amazing weekend stay

My partner and I spent the NYE weekend at this magical listing. Don’t think twice about staying here, the listing is very accurate right down to every detail. The host made sure we were comfortable and promptly communicated with us whenever we had a question. This cozy apartment felt like the perfect level of privacy and yet we were easily able to shop at the local supermarket. We are absolutely returning as soon as possible to go hiking and explore more of this awesome town. Needless to say, the listing, host and town are all very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much!

This rental was roomy, spotless, and tasteful. Plenty of luxurious towels, ample parking, and the owner was available for any questions or requests.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Bianka was a pleasure to deal with and everything was thought of that we could have possibly wanted or needed.

Nice stay!

The Property was as pictured and conveniently located to everything in Little Falls. The Decor in the apartment gave a vintage feel and was representative of the antique outlets in the area. Bianka was quick to communicate and always helpful. Would stay again if I make it back.
