Thank you for your feedback, William. We are disappointed to be learning that you experienced some issues during your stay. Please note, we reach out to guests multiple times throughout the stay to check in and make sure everything is going smoothly. Upon reviewing the correspondence, there was no reports of any issues at any point throughout your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out to us in the event there is an issue, so that our team can address the issues immediately and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. When reviewing this correspondence, it appears you did reach out to us after we sent a reimbursement request for damages that were found following your departure. Your response included foul language, threats, and discriminatory remarks about the cleaners being “non-American” regarding the damages reported. While we understand a request for damage reimbursement may be frustrating, this is not an acceptable response. We are disappointed to see you have left a retaliatory review in response to the request, including false claims of issues at the property. Our team has since been to the unit and confirmed that the issues mentioned in your review are not present and will not be an issue for any future guest.

Thank you for your review, Chris! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and layout of the home. However, we are very sorry to hear that you felt the furniture was a little worn out and needs a deep cleaning. This is not common feedback we hear from our guests and we sincerely apologize you found this issue. We have since relayed your feedback over to our team and ensured the deep cleaning has been performed to ensure the comfort of our future guests. We are so glad to hear that you still had an enjoyable stay and we hope to see you again in the future!

Thank you for addressing your concerns! We value our guest’s feedback as we are always looking for ways to ensure guest satisfaction. Just before your arrival, there were some minor changes, like choosing dark outdoor couch covers, purchasing sturdier barstools, and swapping the white couch in the living room with the brown couch in the movie/game room. The amenities listed are the same functionality and were made to make improvements to the unit. Since these changes were recent, we did not have a chance to have a professional photographer come to the property. For the bbq grill - it is noted both in the captions of the photos and in the description of the property that guests can rent a bbq grill for their reservation. This is listed so that guests are aware prior to booking that bbq grills are permitted at the property and that they must be rented. Regarding the first floor bathroom, this unfortunately was not brought up by you until after you departed. This concern was not an issue we have heard about at this home, and we want to have things like this corrected quickly in order to maintain guest satisfaction. Had we been notified that this was a concern during your stay, we would have been more than happy to have our team address the issue promptly. We have since reported this to our team and resolved the issue. In the future, we would greatly appreciate for any questions/concerns to be relayed during the stay, so that we can fix any issues that arise right on hand.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you had a great stay overall. We truly appreciate your note about the cleaning and will be sharing this with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made. Your comments help us continue to enhance the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback, Gloria. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay despite the gnats. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience due to the gnats outside that you experienced during this stay. Unfortunately, the humid, rainy summers that are typical for Florida can be inviting for unwanted visitors. This June, we have seen rain/thunderstorms most evenings, which will cause an increase in pest activity. While we do routinely treat our homes for preventative care, this issue with the gnats outside is not something that is within our control. Pest control has also advised us that this experience is not isolated to this home as they have had multiple reports of the same issue throughout this area from the storm activity. Please note that we did our very best to assist with the gnats in the pool - our team was able to drain some of the rain water out as well which should help with circulation. We completely understand how this can impact your stay and apologize for this situation! While we unfortunately do not have any control over this, we take our guest experience very seriously and have since resolved the issue with the gnats as the weather conditions have improved.
