• The minimum age of the main booker : 25 years or older.

MAXIMUM GUESTS / Bed CONFIGURATION

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including children.

Beds: 1 Queen bed in each of the two bedroom.



CHILDREN - age limit recommendation.

Due to a safety concerns, we highly recommend children to be above 6 years old. Due to the steeper outside stairs leading to the apartment (as per listing pictures). However, infants under 1 year old who are not yet mobile are welcome.

- Please indicate the age of all children in a message to the host.

- Please Note: no infant safety equipment such as cots, high chairs, etc. You will need to bring your own.



REDUCED MOBILITY CAUTION – STAIRS

If you have reduced mobility, we recommend that you do not book this property for your own comfort and safety. 🙏

The apartment is located on Level 1 (top floor) and requires the use of stairs.

- Back access (closest to the car park):This is the entrance most commonly used by guests. It involves several outdoor stairs, some of which are quite steep. Please refer to the listing photos for a visual representation.

- Front access:This entrance also requires climbing several outdoor stairs, followed by a set of more comfortable carpeted indoor stairs.

Once inside, the apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the listing photos.

Additionally, I will liaise closely with you upon arrival to ensure a smooth self-check-in process. And if you intend to use the car spot, about making sure the neighbour’s car keeps access to their spot.
