Thank You so much for your 5 star review as we work very hard to provide an excellent hosting experience. 5 star Guests such as you are truly welcome anytime. note : The City of Atlanta is working hard but needs to work even harder to provide the ambience necessary to continuously attract tourists. Thank You

Thank you for staying with us! I would like to mention we did have a delay in housekeeping due to the state of the house upon the previous guests' departure, and by no means would we want a guest to enter a dirty house. There was an attempt to contact your group via the cellphone number provided to notify you of such delay, but this attempt went unanswered. We are happy that the rest of your stay was excellent and hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Ms. AngelaThe pictures we provided Vrbo don't lie. With all due respect, we provided you with a home during your stay and you returned it in an unimaginable condition. We have provided documented proof to Vrbo of the "partying " damages and instead of settling the matter you have chosen to make statements that are 100% false. You are the type of guest that we are owners/ host must be aware of.

We take all guest feedback seriously and want to provide context for future readers. This property was professionally exterminated just before this guest’s arrival. As is common after such treatment, a few deceased insects were found. The guest notified us, and we responded promptly including an in-person visit to assess and address their concerns. At that time, they acknowledged our efforts. The photos they provided showed only two flies - far fewer than claimed and no other issues (such as broken beds or shower knobs) were raised while they stayed. After their checkout and once the property was professionally cleaned, it was clear the guests didn’t take care of the property during their stay. This appears to be a retaliatory review following their demand for a discount. We pride ourselves on maintaining our properties with care and responding quickly to valid concerns. While we understand this home may not have been the right fit for this group, we do not accommodate refund requests linked to threats of negative reviews. We remain committed to providing clean, safe, and comfortable stays and welcome honest feedback that helps us improve.

Jerdine, Thank You for allowing us the opportunity to host you and your family. Unfortunately we are dismayed that you have taken this route once you were advised we must put in a claim for damages caused by the children. You are free to respond if anything stated herein is not correct : (1) The beds are relatively new and equipped with name brand comfortable mattresses (2) You were advised that the damages caused by your children must be reimbursed in the event that the beds cannot be repaired. (3) During your stay at no time did you state what you are stating now. We have dealt with you in an honorable and straightforward manner with the hope that you will respond in the same manner. Thank you for the high rating but we cannot honestly return such a rating to you and your family.
