Compared to other places, this home offered great space for the price. The host was very responsive, communicated clearly, and provided thorough instructions that made check-in and check-out easy. They also responded quickly when I reported that the towels were damp and smelled moldy.A few things I wish I'd known: the home accommodates 12 guests, but there was only one towel and washcloth per person, plus just two hand towels shared between four bathrooms and the kitchen. Since the towels had to be rewashed, we had no bath towels for several hours. The cookware and dishes were also limited and did not accommodate cooking for 12 people. We bought a pot to make pasta (there was no strainer) and disposable bowls, cups, and silverware because there weren't enough provided. The house itself was clean, but the carpet could use a deep cleaning despite the no-shoes policy. There were also many existing scuff marks on the stairway walls, making me concerned about being blamed for them. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling in the primary bedroom, and the bathroom fan appeared to be under repair. We didn't use the backyard because of mosquitoes, but it looked inviting.Overall, I was happy with my stay. The home was comfortable, and with a few minor improvements, I would consider staying here again.
