Paradise at Great price

Townhome was very spacious and clean. We had howler monkeys outside in the late mornings. House has everything you need to enjoy your downtime after experiencing all the wonders of Costa Rica! Truly a great location to stay at. Staff was very responsive and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Great location, very comfortable, nice balcony, very beautiful pools and surrounding grounds. There’s no usable closet in the master bedroom. However, there is a closet right outside in the hallway.

Had few issues AC went out coffee pot leaked woke up and had no water. Daniel was very responsive and had each issue fix asap. So we were very happy with everything.

Had a great stay this past week in Costa Rica! My family and I enjoyed the house and it had plenty of space for all 6 of us. Daniel was great and very responsive. The house had everything we needed and when I asked Daniel if I had to do anything before leaving he said not to do anything, it was all taken care of. The house was great and we enjoyed morning coffees on the balconies and relaxing with a movie in the evenings. Thank you for a great week filled with new memories.

Stay here!

Make sure you get the requirements to enter the property, but stay here! A grocery store is about four minutes away, and the beach is 15 minutes away. This property does not disappoint on any level.

Our 4 night stay was not enough at this Pura Vida townhouse. The townhouse is comfortable, has everything you need in the kitchen and there is a modern grocery store right at the entrance to the Pacifico Community. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's in an elevated gated neighborhood. We drove to the beach club every day to enjoy the ocean. It's well worth the 35/day usage fee (25 applied to food/beverage) because it's not crowded, they wait on you & your just steps from the sand. And the food is delicious. The beach water is calm & not crowded. This is just what we needed after a busy visit to the rainforest of La Fortuna.

Family vacation

its about a 20min walk to the beach along city streets some without side walks. The Pacifico beach club they talk about is definitely a drive and it is 35/person over age 12. Pools were very nice. If you would like to do pickle ball or tennis you do need reservations, we brought our own paddles but got kicked out the first night even though was empty because didn’t have reservation. Overall property and playa de coco were beautiful. There is a walking/hiking trail with a fair amount of loose dirt and a lot of irregular steps probably for intermediate to advanced hiker.

Living Pura Vida in Playas Del Coco!

We just returned from an incredible week at this beautiful townhome in Pacifico, in Playas Del Coco and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location was perfect—tucked in a peaceful, gated community yet close to everything. We opted to rent a golf cart instead of a car, and it was such a fun and easy way to explore the area. We zipped around town, to the beach, and even ventured to nearby beaches and local attractions without a hitch.The home itself is spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell it’s been recently updated—everything feels fresh and modern, with thoughtful touches throughout. The layout was super comfortable with tons of space (love the 4 full bathrooms!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just felt like a private oasis.We also loved all the amenities Pacifico offers—from the pools to the easy beach access—and the location made it simple to enjoy day trips, great restaurants, and fun local experiences. Whether you’re looking to relax or get out and explore, this place is the ideal home base.We did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Poor quality for the money

The townhouse is in a nice development but is not as it is described. The bed linens are of poor quality. The property manager was slow in responding to issues we had during our stay. The day after we arrived we reported that the faucet in the kitchen was not functioning (very low pressure).it took a week before it was fixed. We also had a large bathroom mirror become dislodged. It had been installed with double sided tape over an existing mirror. .The toiletries that were supplied were watery and of poor quality. The place could use a paint job as it is getting a bit dingy. Finally there is construction right across the street for 12 hours a day every day.

Fantastic for 5!

My family immensely enjoyed this place! The location, amenities, and home itself were all excellent. My kids REALLY enjoyed each having their own room and bathroom. The pools and beach are truly spectacular as well. We'll definitely be back!
