Bay Point is a small condo community within the larger Vistas del Pacifico development, a gated residential community with a guarded entrance. The development includes both Bay Point condominiums and private residences, creating a peaceful, low-traffic setting surrounded by tropical landscape and ocean views.

While the setting feels wonderfully removed from the activity of town, you're still just a short drive from some of Guanacaste's best beaches and attractions. Playa Panama is about 7 minutes away, Playa Hermosa about 10 minutes, and Playas del Coco about 15 minutes. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is approximately 20–30 minutes away.

The area is ideal for travelers who want a quiet place to relax between adventures, with easy access by car to beaches, restaurants, groceries, snorkeling, boating, fishing, and day trips throughout Guanacaste. A rental car is recommended for exploring the area.

Guests have private access to the condo and private access to the pool area.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

🚗 RENTAL CAR REQUIRED This home is located within a residential community and is not within walking or golf cart distance of beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, or other amenities. A rental car is required for your stay and is the best way to explore the area and enjoy everything Guanacaste has to offer.

🪜 The condo is located on the second floor of the building. Access is via a staircase; there are no elevators in the building.
