Twenty miles (20) from San Juan areas, about 25 minutes, and 21 miles from our international airport in San Juan, (depending on traffic and not at rush hours).
Our property features spacious outdoor areas perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
The national rain forest, El Yunque, and beautiful Luquillo Beach in Fajardo are just approximately 40 minutes away.

Our pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This house is available for long term rentals.

Please be advised that flushing baby wipes, feminine products, or any other items down the toilets can cause serious plumbing issues. If this occurs, guests will be responsible for the costs associated with clearing the blockage and the time it takes for a plumber to address the situation. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our plumbing system in good working order.
It’s prohibited to flush in the toilets, excessive toilet paper, baby wipes, food, or anything else that may clogged the pipes.
Despite warnings posted inside the bathrooms and on this page, some guests have caused clogs in the toilet pipes by flushing inappropriate items. This can lead to costly repairs and inconvenience for everyone, guests and host. Please be aware that if the toilet gets clogged during your stay, you will be responsible for the cost of the plumbing service, often impossible to schedule a same day service.
You will need to pay the plumber directly at the time of service. The approximate cost for a plumber is $150- $250 USD, depending on the severity of the clog and the service required.
Please understand that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, certain unforeseen events may occur that are beyond our control, such as the loss of electricity or water, tropical storms in the hurricane season or other natural disasters. We are not responsible for any damages caused by events outside of our control, such as power outages, atmospheric events, or loss of essential services over which we have no control.

To ensure your comfort, the property is equipped with portable backup batteries, rechargeable fans, and solar-powered lamps outside. The portable battery provides a short-term power and can be used to charge small devices, but are not capable of running air conditioning.
If a power outage occurs We will be with you throughout the entire process to support and assist you. If you choose to stay during a long power outage, please understand that you accept the situation and no refund will be issued.
If you decide to leave earlier, only the unused nights will be refunded.
