This home offers 3 private bedrooms and family room with TV. The Master Room and the Queen Room, both has TV with Netflix .
Fully equipped kitchen with A/C around the house. Pool with a half bathroom outside, BBQ, patio furniture, floatable, dominoes table and more games for a family day.
Self Sufficient Home': Solar panels, Tesla batteries and generator for constant energy. 1,000 Cistern Water Tank for fresh water supply.

Gorgeous decoration with special touches for a special stay. WIFI and Tv's on bedrooms and family room also with table games for memorable memories with your love ones.

This house is truly “blessed”. The property itself is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. For us the pool was the highlight as it afforded us a placed to relax and enjoy talking about our adventures of the day. The host is extremely responsive about any issues or questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We really fell in love with the place over the week we stayed there. Unlike many vacation homes we've rented in the U.S., which felt more like hospitals with regard to comforts and amenities, this felt more like home. Like my home, there are little things (no working light over the stove, only a couple of outlets for the kitchen counter) that might irk the perfectionist but we happily traded perfection for the well-stocked pantry, overflowing gift basket (like we were VIPs) and spotlessly clean accommodations.Come to Blessed Home if you want to escape the cold winter (what we did) and want to relax and enjoy a patio and pool that is 100% private and all yours to enjoy.Bottom line: if we owned this place, we would use it frequently.

Ingrid was AMAZING! Communicating with us, told us of events happening. We were a party of 4 coming in from the north & the south. We arrived at different times and she was soooooo accommodating. When we arrived at the house, we were stunned. She jas thought of absolutely EVERYTHING for her guest. I mean everything. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys. The house itself was immaculate. All you need to do is bring your suitcase everything you need is in this house as if it was your own house. She even has razors if you forgot a razor toothbrushes EVERYTHING. TOILETRIES WERE THE BEST FROM BATH & BODY WORKS!!!! . The pool was great! There was even a BBQ, and there was charcoal. Location to San Juan was excellent. Shopping was about a 7 minute ride. This home is in a gated community .

Ingrid was a wonderful host who's home is conveniently located just outside old san juan, about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Having a rental car made it easy to get around the island and see everything we wanted. The house is stocked with everything you would need. The house needs a little TLC but it was perfect for our annual girls trip. Would stay again!

At first i didn't find the house only because no # on the house but it is the 4th house i believ on left hand side on the corner after security entrance. Once inside it is Very Welcoming smelling amazing. She also had a welcoming gift basket which was nice Staying in Ms Ingrid's house has everything you need, she has thought about it all. Her instructions are pretty clearly posted. What was the high light was the pool everyone was happy with that again everything you need their it was. You will feel right at home staying here. This was just before we left

This home was amazing, we loved our stay! My daughter and I had so much fun at the pool. It was an excellent stay, all the well thought details were amazing. Ingrid really is an amazing host the coffee bar was a plus I don't drink coffee but my parents loved it, and the welcome basket was well thought. Definitely this stay was 100 out of 10! She had so many board games available(I didn't get to use it, but cant wait to go back with enough grown ups to enjoy it). She also had floaties for the pool, and beach towels and lots of sunscreen.

AMAZING! The host is a 10 out of 10 communication, details, and cleanness of property exceeds expectations. Pool and outdoor area was clean. We Loved all of the personal touches throughout the home, and the welcome basket of goodies and gifts prepared for us The information binder made travel points an easier. The large variety of games and activities was a hit for everyone. Outstanding stay experience; one would have to visit to appreciate the TOTAL rewards of this property. We had a blast! Expect us again.

Blessed to stay in this home

This was the most pleasurable home rental I have ever experienced. The home is well taken care of and maintained. The host has pool toys, games, toiletries, water shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, disposable cutlery and more! My daughters 13th bday was the day after we arrived and Ingrid decorated the living room with balloons and had a happy birthday song playing when we arrived, she bought her a cake and gave her a basket as well as a welcome basket for all of us. This stay was more than I could have dreamed of and I would absolutely recommend this home to everyone and I will be coming back myself.

San Juan get away

We’ve stayed in dozens of rental properties all over the world and my husband told me he thinks this is the nicest we’ve stayed at. Ingrid’s attention to detail is unmatched. We had a welcome basket full of local goodies, a welcome balloon, and champagne on ice waiting for us as we walked in the door. The bathrooms were meticulously clean and there were baskets full of everything you can think of that you might need. There was a coffee and tea area set up in the kitchen and a refrigerator full of waters and sodas for our use, plus canned goods in the pantry. The beds were very comfortable and there was an enormous walk in closet with extra pillows, blankets, sheets, and even silk pillow cases. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Ingrid was a quick and attentive communicator. And, this was in a beautiful gated community with a security guard at the entrance. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough!

Blessed Home

My daughter and I stayed 7 days in Puerto Rico and had a great time. The host, Ingrid, is the best host I have come across in renting vaca homes. She is truly a wonderful person! Her home felt like my home away from home. I’ve never seen a rental equipped like hers. Everything you will need was waiting ..from toiletries, pool toys, kitchen appliances, pans , Bath and Body items, beach items…too many things to mention and not enough space to list everything! If I visit Puerto Rico again, I will definitely rent Ingrid’s home again and you will not meet another attentive host as Ingrid!

Perfect Family Stay in San Juan – Spacious, Safe, and Feels Like Home!

I visited San Juan for a work trip and brought my three kids along, and this home couldn’t have been more perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious—each of my kids had their own area to unwind, which made a huge difference. Ingrid thought of every detail and the home had everything you can think of. My kids got a little sunburned so I went to Walgreens to get alo Vera and when I checked the basket by the pool, low and behold, the home already had it. The swimming pool was a definite highlight: large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had a strong sense of community. We were close to everything we needed, from shops and restaurants to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to San Juan!

Ingrid's property has all you need starting with a great location. It is safe, excellent rooms, pool, with plenty of amenities. What makes it unique is the highest level of hospitality that Ingrid provides from booking all the way through leaving. She is a very special host. We strongly recommend staying at her property.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Ingrid was extremely helpful and welcoming!! Our flight arrived in the early morning so we were able to check in early and the process was super easy. The location of the home was approximately 25 minutes from the airport; and the proximity of the home to the freeway made it easier to navigate throughout the island. We were a group of 6, with the youngest being 8 and the oldest 50 and there was something for everyone. There were board games, pool toys, WiFi, you name it! Ms. Ingrid also provided beach towels, coolers, umbrellas and sunscreen!!! Aside from groceries for the week and despite having our own toiletries, Ms. Ingrid provided everything that we needed. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and appliances to accommodate a small family or a large group. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us and the neighborhood is serene and well kept. Overall, our experience at this home was truly amazing and we cannot thank Ms.Ingrid enough for her hospitality and her wonderful home.

This stay was absolutely beautiful and very homey! Very spacious, the patio has a very chill vibe, the pool is STUNNING!! And HUGE! The house smelt beautiful when I first walked, in it was very clean! I loved how the house was in a secured neighborhood as well. This house it was close to pretty much everything such as San Juan, Luquillo, condado, cidra, Caguas etc. Oh and Ingrid is also such an amazing person! She is very communicative, super welcoming and informative! She also left an amazing gift basket with Puerto Rico’s most favorite goodies featuring accessories! I would definitely stay here again! :)

Amazing Hospitality in a Quiet Neighborhood!

My college girlfriends and I booked Ingrid’s place for our annual reunion, and had an unforgettable time! Ingrid’s hospitality is absolutely unmatched: she made a little gift basket to welcome us and was so helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and activities. I’ve never stayed at a rental property that was so outfitted; water shoes, beach towels, floaties, so many extra toiletries, fully stocked coffee and tea bar, extra blankets and pillows… the list goes on. Truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s home, and didn’t need to worry about a thing. Definitely bookmarking for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

This truly is a Blessed Home

This is a wonderful home! It is truly a home, filled with everything you could need; you could show up with just your clothes and want for nothing else! Everything, every room, including the pool, was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, utensil, pot/pan and appliance, and cooking spice you could want. The beds are comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. The washer/dryer works well and the pool is so beautiful and refreshing with a nice outside space to relax and hang out together. The air conditioners in every room are super efficient and quiet. Ingrid is a wonderful hostess. She is immediately responsive and a wealth of information. The home is beautifully decorated and she left a welcome basket of goodies upon arrival. There are tons of high quality skin and hair products and nice thick towels to use. Really, it feels like being pampered at a spa but with the privacy of home. The location is very convenient as it’s only 15 minutes to the airport and San Juan, easy to take a ferry to Old San Juan, close to beaches and local restaurants and close to major highways to travel around the island. And the gated community was safe to walk around for morning walks. I highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Location For Family Vacation

Ingrid went above & beyond for our stay during Christmas. The home was decorated at every level from outside lights, Christmas Tree, Christmas themed candles, & decor. She even left goodies for the kids! Every cabinet was stocked including bathrooms. Filtered water and ice from fridge was great. Security was excellent. Garage was large enough for a Ford Bronco. Smart TV’s worked great and internet never failed us. Power never failed either. The pool was relaxing and clean. Having an outside shower was great for washing sand off. The guest/pool bathroom was a huge bonus for the 5 of us. Everything worked and everything was clean and plentiful. Can’t say enough about our host Ingrid! She was so helpful and recommended our favorite spot to go locally that had excellent brunch & lunch food, coffee, wine, & Puerto Rican desserts. Will book again here!

Family Vacation 2024

Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had.

Best experience ever with VRBO host!

This trip to Puerto Rico was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. As soon as we arrived at the property and opened the garage door, there was a huge Happy Birthday banner hung on the wall and as we went through the house, there were birthday decorations and treats in very single room (there was even a bottle of champagne on ice)!! It was so welcoming and thoughtful and started our trip on an amazing note! This same spirit was constant throughout our week long stay... we were hooked up with an amazing fishing charter captain as well as a local tour guide who was 5 stars all the way!! Every time we had a question, Ms.Ingrid responded quickly and thoughtfully and gave us insight on the island and activities that we would have never known if it weren't for her. The gated community is conveniently located and felt completely safe. The house is spacious, the pool and outside area is relaxing, and the house was supplied with every single thing we needed for a comfortable stay. In summary, we had a wonderful time, and know that it was due in large part to the care and helpfulness and hospitality given to us by this 5-star host. Thank you Ms.Ingrid!! We are thankful to have a new friend on the island.

Amazing

I wanted to have a romantic quiet vacation with my wife and this place was everything I hoped for and more. Ingrid was great from start to finish with communication with the check in process and was very accommodating. If you are on the fence about booking don’t be. Everything you need to have a great time Ingrid has it covered. From a welcome basket with treats to fully stocked kitchen cabinets and beer in the fridge. And the pool was amazing. If you plan on taking a trip to the beach she has you covered in every way. I don’t want to give away all the details and ruin the surprises you will have to see when you book. You will not be disappointed!!! My wife and I absolutely love it
