We really enjoyed our stay! While the home is older, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with several restaurants and a CVS within walking distance, making it very convenient. If I visit Charlotte, North Carolina again, I would definitely book this home again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a great location.

Bungalow 1325 is one of the best places we have stayed in Charlotte using VRBO. The cottage was clean and beautiful inside - there is a warm, welcoming, quaint class about the place. The decor is quirky and fun - there is something everywhere you look but it is not cluttered. It's the kind of place where you open the front door for the first time and say, "Wow! This is amazing!" and then say the same thing as you explore each of the rooms. The furniture, including the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-stocked for what we needed. We appreciated the treats left for us in the fridge! Communication with our host, Cass, was excellent - we felt very prepared prior to our arrival. She was responsive to the couple of questions we had. All in all, we had a terrific, hassle-free time and hope to stay there again when we head back to Charlotte.

Jeff, thank you for such a thoughtful review. It made me smile that you noticed so many of the little details that make Bungalow 1325 what it is. We’ve filled the house over the years with art, collected pieces, and things we simply love, so hearing that it felt warm, welcoming, a little quirky, and still comfortable is about the best compliment we could receive. I’m also so glad you enjoyed the treats and felt well prepared for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d absolutely love to have you back the next time you’re in Charlotte!

We really enjoyed a two night stay at this cottage. Cottage is located very close to a number of restaurants and businesses. Even though there is activity close by, the location was quiet and we didn't notice any disturbances. Parking was easy and we never had a problem with on street parking right at the front door. The cottage is nicely decorated and had everything that we would need.We didn't get a chance to use the backyard area, but it looked like a nice private place to relax.

Amazing property with a wonderful location. Just as described. It was a perfect place from which to explore Charlotte. Communication with Cass was easy. Comfortable beds and great darkening shades. Even though the house is in a lively location, noise was not an issue. Great restaurants within walking distance and everything else was an easy Uber ride away. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Perfect location for a wedding at the Vanlandingham estate and a great neighborhood! Parking really helps and so many little restaurants and coffee shops. Really enjoyed the bohemian wine bar next door. Owner is very responsive and great to work with. Outdoor space could use some love and doesn't have luxury touches inside but comfortable, safe and a fun location!

Cute cottage

Perfect for our needs as it was near the hospital where a family member was warded. It is an Active area with Supermarket and other fast food places all around. This place is good for two people and is at the edge of a historic neighbourhood- nice to walk around. Our host, Cass was truly amazing and compassionate, in our time of grief she sent gourmet cookies to the cottage for us and she extended our check out time a bit without charge. Thank you Cass your kindness will always be remembered.
