Sleeping arrangements

This home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom features a king bed with a private bath that includes a shower and tub combination. Another first-floor bedroom offers a king bed paired with twin bunk beds and access to a hall bath. Upstairs, a private suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and soaking tub for quiet rejuvenation.



Living spaces

Designed with both relaxation and convenience in mind, the main living area includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV for cozy movie nights. A dedicated kids playroom provides a place for younger guests to unwind, while the screened-in patio offers a breezy spot for evening conversations. The fenced yard extends the living space outdoors, perfect for pets and children to play safely.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and tableware. $150 nonrefundable fee per dog (2 dog limit)

Heated Pool October 31st-January 1st, March 15th-May 15th

All dogs must be approved

Guests must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay

The primary guest must sign a Renter’s Agreement, upload a valid photo ID

No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

Parking for 3 vehicles

No street parking is permitted

Guests do not have access to the garage

Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
