Very spacious, well-appointed unit. Fantastic location and gorgeous ocean view. Our family of 5 enjoyed the huge resort-style pool, reserved umbrella and chair service on the beach, the on-site market and the custom airbrush t-shirt kiosk on property.

Great condo at Edgewater with all the amenities. Love the location on low floor so no need to wait for elevators. It was clean with comfy beds and great showers. Fun family vacation!

Fite Family

Clean, roomy, SUPER comfy beds (esp for a week’s stay)! Perfect location on the first floor especially with kids in tow to run back and forth from beach to the room (they need something every 10 minutes) & teens to keep an eye on after we got off the beach for the day! We were able to send our teens down to the hot tub & volley ball court and could see them right below our balcony. Also strict curfews for the pool & hot tubs so parents aren’t the “kill joys” thankful for that. Convenient location for groceries & a convenient store IN the resort for daily needs, drinks, ice, etc. Nice golf course located over the overpass on the resort also. Husbands loved that for quick morning rounds before reserving our beach area of course! Overall 10/10 for views, convenience, space, & location. Awesome trip!

Great condo

We loved the outside furniture on the balcony, 4 LG Flatscreen tvs, beds were very comfortable, walk-in shower very nice, leather recliner was excellent, and on the first floor. We will stay here again.

As always, an amazing family vacation at Edgewater. We loved this unit. Clean, well stocked, plenty of room, and the location was the best! Can’t wait to be back!

Great stay!

Wonderful stay. Excellent and prompt communication with property manager. We were there for spring break and some young college types were a little loud in the hot tub til late at night but that wouldn’t be as big of an issue during non-spring break weeks. The unit was well-appointed and so convenient to the beach. Great to have gated property with 24/7 security.

Great condo

The condo was great. Beautifully decorated and renovated. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor, which was awesome with littles. The view was excellent overlooking the beach. The bedrooms were all large with connecting bathrooms. The amenities were plentiful!

Pcb vacation

Stay was short due to hurricane helene we left on tuesday evening to be safe we live 6 hours away. Condo was nice had a fee issues door knob off the door going into queen bedroom and dryer not working in bedroom on parking lot side no note on it saying do t plug it up it started burning when i tried to plug it in and use it and broken chair on deck one board other than tah great place to stay i did not get to stay until saturday 09/28/24 we decided to leave before things got bad for my grandchildrens safety

Great Condo

This vacation was so much fun! Condo was great! Pictures don’t do justice! So roomy! Perfect view! If we visit Panama City Beach again, we will definitely be looking for this condo!

Beautiful condo, lots of fun, beautiful beaches, great food.

Condo needs a new cleaning service. I hate that for the owner but I think they should know my honest opinion. Otherwise beautifully decorated and great location.

Great pools and amenities, but…

Condo was not the cleanest. Trash under the beds. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close due to sand, dirt, and thick grime on the tracks. Loved the location, but the cleaning crew didn’t do the best job

Great Location!

Really good location - close to stairs (1st floor so only 1 flight If you don't mind taking the steps), close to walkway to the beach. Property itself is right in the middle of everything. ECDI (management company) was responsive in day 1 but dropped the ball later in the week when we couldn't get our front door locked. Took them almost 24 hours to respond. Good thing our safety want involved! We did figure out how to lock the door (it stopped locking automatically) but the fact that during the workweek we didn't hear from them tells me they don't care. Condo was nice, not sure where the 11th person would sleep if you had that many but we were not that big of a group so just wondering out loud. Could use some ceiling fans and overhead lights in bedrooms. Brighter lights in living room would also be nice. These are just friendly suggestions,overall the place is nice!

Edgewater Tower II unit 103

Great grounds. Great condo except... unit could be cleaner and have more than 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days for 4 people. Pillows and towels could use some updating. Access to beach was closed for our stay. Hot tub sounds carried heavily into our unit and hot tub apparently is not monitored in any fashion. There were babies in diapers, toddlers with no adults in site, eating and drinking and yes, noise into the wee hours of night (1:30 am). Elevator was handy and so were trash receptacles. Handy too were laundry facilities in the unit and great showers. With that said we did enjoy our trip and the facility.

Home away from home!

I was a bit apprehensive about renting from Emerald Coast because of past reviews but we did & have no regrets doing so. We did need to contact them (nothing to do with the condo). We followed their instructions on how to contact them & I could see why some people (past reviews) were annoyed with having to deal with a different person each time. I’m assuming I messaged with 3 different people because I had to explain again when I’d get a response. It was resolved fairly quickly, under 24 hours, (over the Thanksgiving Holiday’s too) & had no other issues. I saw a past review about being charged extra & being upset. It’s included in all the information sent to you when you pay your deposit. You’ll avoid any extra processing fees if you mail them a check instead of paying by card. Also, once you pay in full, you’ll get another email & it covers everything and is very easy to comprehend. We had no issues like past complaints in other reviews. We would rent from them again in the future. The condo itself is WONDERFUL! I LOVE you don’t have to check in. You go straight to the condo & everything is waiting for you inside. Whoever owns it has obviously thought it out. I have stayed in numerous condos & I’ve never had one this well stocked! We were impressed. I overpacked because they were so stocked & that’s not the norm in my experience. It was clean on arrival. The pictures on VRBO represent the condo accurately. All rooms had a box fan in the closet. There was a shower chair in the master suite closet. Plenty of dishes, mixing bowls, silverware, pots & pans, & sharp knives. A large dining room table with 6 chairs & we were able to pull 2 extra chairs up & enjoy all our meals together. I could go on about finding little details but you get the gist. It’s stocked! It's clean & updated. Tower two, where this condo is located, has lots of carts to unload your luggage. It has an area to pull under to unload/load if it’s raining. I really appreciated they made the carts too tall to go into the condo because people tend to hide them overnight so they’ll have one when they need it. So, there's plenty of carts whenever we needed them. We had people arriving & departing at different times because of the holiday so it was nice. We didn’t have issues waiting on the elevator, it was fast & worked properly. There is also a set of stairs that come out right at the condo. I have lots more I could say but running out of space. We would rent this condo again.
