Fenwick Landing

Beautifully renovated waterfront property in Fenwick Landing, located in Selbyville, Delaware ( Fenwick Island ). The perfect blend of calm and relaxation with still lots to do and see. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Assawoman Bay from your living room or your bedroom as you watch the boats roll in. This townhome sleeps 6 comfortably, and each bedroom has its own private deck with 2 out of the 3 bedrooms looking onto the bay. Spend the day at the beach(10 min bike ride or 5 min drive) or at the pool. In addition to the pool, kids will enjoy crabbing and/or fishing from the dock. We are also located just steps from two of Fenwick's most popular restaurants, Catch 54 if you are looking for delicious seafood and Papa Grandes, where they make a really great margarita. Both restaurants have outdoor seating with spectacular views of the bay. Enjoy this multi level home featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, a completely stocked kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stool seating and every utensil or appliance you can imagine, wifi, central a/c, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and linens. All you need to bring is a toothbrush!

Fabulous property - incredible view from three decks! The kitchen was so amazingly stocked! A really clean townhouse and they even had a lovely gift bag waiting as I checked in…. The owners were fabulous and very attentive. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a superb rental.

Beautiful bay!

Our family loved this beautiful home! The views and location can’t be beat, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and despite some less than ideal weather we were able to fish and visit the water park, Go Karts, and arcade just down the street. Walkability to great restaurants and all linens included was an extra perk. All in all a great stay!

Nice location

Enjoyed the view and being able to have a boat right out back. If you bring a boat keep in mind that it can be very shallow in the slip. It is also nice to be able to walk to some local restaurants. These are popular restaurants which makes the area near the parking for the condo very very congested. The unit itself is nice but could use some tidying up. The beds were super comfy which was a plus.

Relaxing stay on the bay.

The property was well appointed and exceptionally clean. The location was great with a marina, spa, and two nice restaurants just steps away. The beach, recreational areas and countless restaurants were just a short drive away. The owners were easy to contact and responded within minutes to a few questions we had while we were there. We give the property and the owners 5 STARS. Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

Anyone looking for the perfect week or long weekend away, this is absolutely the place to be. From the very beginning until the moment my family and I checked out it was perfect. The home is beautiful, well-kept and in a fantastic location with dining within walking distance. Adult and child friendly with a beautiful view on the water. By far the best host and experience I've had on vrbo. We will absolutely be back to stay again.

Family vacation

We loved the beautiful views and the two restaurants within walking distance were two of our favorite meals. These owners are truly special and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Especially when installing a dryer during our stay. We absolutely loved Patsy's restaurant.

Fabulous, Family Friendly Fenwick Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Michael's Fenwick, DE townhome. The house is well-equipped and beautifully appointed. The balconies allow you to observe Chesapeake Bay shorebirds and spectacular sunrise and sunsets. You're next-door neighbor is one of the best places to eat on the Eastern Shore: Catch 54 never disappoints! My family appreciated the quick and professional responses to our questions during our stay. I will definitely return to this location. Note: Bring your kayak or paddleboard! They have a small pier for fishing, crabbing, and docking small, personal watercraft.

Excellent find on the bay!

The property was very clean, check-in was a snap and when there was a MINOR issue, the owners responded quickly and with open communication. Overall, our group had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!!

Awesome location and views!

I traveled to Fenwick Island with two girlfriends for a moms getaway weekend in late Sept. The weather wasn't very cooperative, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or water activities, but it was a lovely place to enjoy a cozy weekend with friends. The townhouse is right on the bay, with beautiful water views from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, and the decor is nice and inviting. The only slight complaint we have is that the beds in the two main bedrooms aren't very comfortable. Maybe mattress pads would help? We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot, which was convenient to walk to. We tried to eat at Catch 54 next door, but they were closed for a private party (oddly, this happened when my husband and I visited Fenwick Island last year, so I would recommend calling a few days in advance to check their schedule.) We'll eat there one day! We also really liked the lobster rolls at the Lobster Shanty down the road, brunch at Harpoon Hannahs, and several restaurants in Bethenny Beach, about 10-15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property, and we would love to stay here again one day.

Fantastic vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for the five of us. The property is clean, comfortable, and the location is convenient. We had easy access to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and the bay. I highly recommend this property and the owner was great to work with.

Fantastic!

Our family had a fantastic week at this property. We had four adults and two children - 9 and 6. There was plenty of room inside and great access outside. We particularly enjoyed the “backyard” and the proximity to the bay. Beautiful sunrises and comfortable happy hours. Spent several days at the beach and enjoyed the adjacent restaurants - Catch 54 and Papa Grandes. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing View!!!

This rental was amazing overall!!! The condo was beautiful on the inside and everything was working as it should. The welcome bag and all of the little extra touches were nice! The only minor surprise was the loft style Master (which was for the record Beautiful with a wonderful mater bathroom), just slightly unexpected. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended to future vacationers as well as my family/friends. My absolute favorite part though was the view!!! I can’t explain how gorgeous and peaceful it was sitting outside at anytime of day. Thanks Nancy and Michael for everything

Beautiful Home On The Bay

The bay views from this home are gorgeous! Very serene and peaceful area. The house was clean and in great condition. The home owners left a gift bag with lots of essentials which was incredibly sweet and helpful. Linens and bath towels were provided and the house had everything your kitchen at home would have. Thank you Michael and Nancy for a wonderful stay!

Great Bay View!

We had a great time with our adult children at this property. Everything was clean, new and cozy. Had a great view of the bay and wildlife. House was located next to Catch 54- Best Happy Hour! Nice pool for us to cool off in. Short drive to the beach. Parked in the Municipal lot in Fenwick Island. Very close to many restaurants and food stores. Dock to kayak, fish and crab off of. Also next to boat and jet ski rentals. Very quiet though! Hosts were very gracious!

Beautiful home and amazing location!

Our vacation at this beautiful town home started off with a lovely surprise as we entered the house, a gift basket from the owners with a variety of items (so thoughtful!). The home was very clean and well maintained. Lots of light and an amazing view of the bay. The owners were extremely responsive with any questions or concerns. So convenient to the restaurants -Catch 54 and Papa Grande - we could put our name on the wait list and walk back to the place to have a cocktail while we waited. The pool area was clean and not very crowded, and had 2 sets of nice tables and chairs to have snacks after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend to others! Thank you Nancy and Michael!!

Incredible week in Fenwick!

After searching many properties and making a decision to stay bayside instead of the usual ocean front house, we landed on this property. Always unsure about what is really behind the pretty pictures, we could not have been more pleased and satisfied with this great property! Our expectations were exceeded and Nancy and Mike are tremendous hosts. And the welcome gift with lots of necessities was so nice. The hosts were always very responsive to all communication and always provided clear and helpful information. The house was in perfect condition and so comfortable. The views from each of the decks are great and so fun to watch all of the wild life. It’s not as close to the beach as we like but the bay views more than made up for it. The beach was very easy to access, though. We highly recommend this home and hope to return some day. Thanks Nancy and Mike for your wonderful home and gracious hospitality. We had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Just what we needed!

This property was the perfect setting for a Covid-friendly get-away. It wasn't crowded, the views were amazing, we could walk (a bit long, but totally manageable) into town, and the two restaurants located right next door are some of the best in Fenwick (both have outdoor seating and very safe indoor eating options.) The condo has a wonderful gas fireplace that we put to good use, as it was still pretty chilly. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay!
