Amazing property 3 br/3 bath Condo owner managed, pool, easy access to beach, next to tiki hut, parking private, we are here for anything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beach chairs included.

As an owner managed unit, I'm available anytime to answer any questions or make your stay perfect! I'm happy to give you my favorite island recommendations. Please let me know if you are celebrating something special! After booking, we provide you with all the check in information necessary to access the condo, wifi, and enjoy your vacation.

Conveniently located in the Forest Beach area, Ocean One 424 offers top notch amenities the whole family can enjoy. Ocean One offers an oceanfront pool, exquisite sun deck with lounge chairs for laying by the pool. You will also have access to gas grills near the sun deck.

Inside the condo, you'll find a coastal-inspired, bright and airy, open concept floor plan, a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig, Blender and Toaster, six-person dining table, and a light-filled living room.

There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

What’s nearby:
Forest Beach is located at the south end of the island and is one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. This area boasts long stretches of beautiful beach and miles of bike paths to make peddling or walking from place to place a breeze! And less than a half-mile away, enjoy dining, shopping, and live entertainment along Pope Avenue and at Coligny Plaza, considered the heart of Forest Beach.

Nice condo

The condo is very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The pool was not too crowded and it was nice to sit on the beach and hear live music from the resort next door. Easy walk to Coligny.

Great Condo in Hilton Head

Condo was clean, stocked well with everything from dinnerware to chairs for beach. The owner was awesome. Questions answered very timely and went the extra mile to get us in as soon as she could. Awesome place to stay

Summer vacation

We have been vacationing in HHI for 17 years and stayed at Ocean One condos for 13 of those years because of the location and Ocean One property. This year’s stay at 424 was fantastic. The condo is up to date and nicely renovated/decorated. It had everything we needed including a couple extra beach chairs! We loved this unit, thanks for letting us stay!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect in size and location for our family vacation. As grandparents we had Bedroom 1 with small balcony. The parents were in Bedroom 2 with a king bed and our 2 granddaughters were in the third bedroom with 2 queen beds. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms and we had plenty of privacy. The corner unit also was very quiet. Pool was great and the private beach access was terrific. Definitely would stay here again.

ocean one

This unit is beautiful able to accomadate all of us. Bedrooms have thier own bathroom. It is roomy enough to eat together. Pool is just a few short steps, maintained very well. The ocean front is nice. You can walk to Coligny for shopping. This are was a bit too crowded for us but if you like lots of activity-this is the place.

Lovely complex and nice owners!

Nice complex with a large pool and direct access to the beach. Security guard at the parking lot entrance is very nice! Overall we enjoyed our stay…the unit could’ve been a bit cleaner especially the master shower but the owner was very apologetic. Unit needs the following: light blocking curtains in the master suite, a broom to sweep up sand, and a better fan in the master suite as it’s very hot in there!

Really nice condo and location.

Condo was really nice and we will go back. Beach access was great, and the pool was nice. A few improvements would help: the mattresses were a little uncomfortable (too firm for my liking) and the sheets could use an upgrade. We had brought our own and had to swap for night 2. The dishwasher needed a little attention too. The door spring was shot, so it opens onto your shins if you are not careful.

Heaven on HHI

Can’t get a better location! Pretty much can walk everywhere - beach, Tiki Hut, Coligny, Beach Market… condo was perfect - 3 kids (14, 13, 11) and 5 adults. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Meghan was very responsive before, during and after our stay. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs the ones in the condo were way above par. It was so helpful to have the little notes on the switches so we knew which switch did what. The beds were so comfy - even ended up buying the same one when I got home! It was perfect! Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing

This property was perfect for any beach trip. We had absolutely no problems at all. The condo was huge with plenty of room for all 7 of us. The complex was close to everything: grocery, shopping and dining!

Great trip and great condo!

The condo was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, lots of space, and great location. The owner was great at responding quickly to any questions we had. We were a little disappointed there wasn’t an ocean view from the room but the quick beach access made up for it. This was our first time visiting this area. We loved it and will definitely return. Highly recommend visiting the area and staying in Ocean One villas!

Great Family Friendly Lodging!

The condo was comfortable, clean, and well decorated but kid-friendly. The layout was perfect with a quiet bedroom away from the living area for putting kids to bed early when adults wanted to stay up a little later. We had plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was great having a full size washer and dryer since we had three young ones with us. We didn’t have a beach view, but the pool and beach were easily accessible. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Vacation stay

Great area to vacation for a week. Could have used more bathing towels. Also, Carpet looked dirty in tv room. Could have used some throw blankets too. Lights didn’t work in couple bedrooms, used the lamps. Overall, we enjoyed the ocean.

Lived on Hilton Head for the last 3 years. Personally managed our 4 condos on South Forest Beach for the last 4 years. We love spending time on the beach, boating, watching dolphins, and visiting our local shrimp stand down the street and enjoying all Hilton Head has to offer.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Ocean One is so close to Coligny Plaza. You can park your car and walk to everything you need all week! We have a large family and love to share our space with friends and family. This condo is spacious, updated, each bedroom has private bathrooms making if great for families, couples, or even a group of great friends. This is an end unit allowing for privacy and an amazing layout with spacious gathering area around the kitchen.
