This was a great place to stay with the whole family. They have everything there that you need to enjoy a week at the beach with a large family. I would definitely stay again, I loved how clean and updated the whole house was with beautiful furniture and decorations. 10/10

Our group of 11 had a fantastic stay! Sean was a great host and an excellent communicator from booking to checkout. The house was in pristine condition, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. With two beaches within walking distance as well as downtown York, the location was perfect. The beach wagons and chairs were a huge plus since most of us traveled via plane and couldn’t pack that necessary stuff!Sean has clearly put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable and convenient for guests. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at an amazing house! We loved the location and being walking distance to everything! The house itself was pristine, and truly I have never stayed at a property with so many thoughtful and ideal amenities! Communication from Sean was absolutely stellar, and everything was thought of - there was not one thing we might have needed that wasn't already provided! Ideal home for traveling with families. Excellent in every way!

Absolutely amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Super communicative owners, check-in and check-out was a breeze. House was beautiful and space was perfect for multiple families to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stacked with sheets, towels and soap. Best part was that all the cousins can be in basement with own shower and play space. Backyard and deck were great for eating and night time yard activities. Wonderful stay.

A Lovely Retreat in York!

This beautiful home is even more pretty in person. It is also very well built so you don’t hear others moving through the house. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Fabulous location which is walkable to almost everything. Sean provides great tips for things to do and places to get the best food. We loved every minute of our time there!
