Beautiful condo in a great location! Host answered any questions almost immediately! Beach chairs and cooler were a big plus! You can’t go wrong staying here! Highly recommend! We would stay again!

Our stay for our honeymoon was wonderful! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding! The view from the back balcony is unbeatable. We were steps away from the pool and bar/restaurant. We also enjoyed the quick hop over to sapphire beach. Deanna provided wonderful customer service.

We loved this place! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, laundry facility. The area was quiet and the marina provided relaxing entertainment as we watched the boats come and go.

The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, and the property was clean and in a convenient location, with a great view.There were a few factors that impacted our overall experience beyond the host’s control. We experienced 2 days of power outages that lasted approximately 12 hours, leaving us without electricity and air conditioning and we were unable to keep food in the fridge. The property did not have a generator, which would have mitigated this. Additionally, there was construction happening next door throughout our stay, which created a lot of noise disruption. Overall, the host was as accommodating and communicative as possible throughout our stay.

Hi Jen, Thank you for your kind words about our responsiveness, the cleanliness of our condo, and the location and view. We’re sorry the power outages and neighboring construction affected your experience. We would like to clarify that Sapphire Village DOES have a full-property generator. While WAPA delays have held up permanent activation, it was operated temporarily over the weekend during your stay, as we communicated to you. During the outages, limited generator-powered outlets were also available outside each unit. We provided extension cords and instructions to power the refrigerator, charge phones, and run a fan, along with flashlights. This limited backup does not power the air conditioning. We understand the inconvenience the outages caused and provided a one-night refund. Thank you for recognizing our efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kind regards, Deanna

Place was very clean and host was responsive! Easy check in. Sudi’s is across the street and is convenient, and the beach is a short walk. After a week cruising around the island we can’t think of a better place to stay.

Deanna was very helpful to us when the power went out here in St. Thomas. She helped us find the power cord to hook up to auxiliary power source to keep the fridge running and she gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. very nice unit with a nice view of the harbour, steps from the pool and a nice restaurant.

We had the best week staying here. Loved being able to walk to the pool and the beach. Restaurants also walkable. The unit was perfect and had everything you could need.

We have stayed in Sapphire many times through the years a this is by far is one of our favorite units we have stayed in. Such great island vibe decor. The unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our Anniversary getaway. Perfect balcony views, comfortable large bed, and many bath, beach and kitchen amenities. The host was super responsive easy to communicate with. Thank you, Deanna for sharing your slice of paradise with us!
