Our winter getaway

Our cozy studio had everything we needed...including chairs,towels, umbrella,snorkeling gear for the beach. Very nice deck with a blast view of Frenchmens bay. We would recommend this adorable place to all.r

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Christy & Dan were very accommodating and quickly responded to our inquiries. Property is clean and as shown in pictures. Our family of 3 had plenty of space and the view is gorgeous! We rented a jeep from them as well and visited our favorite beaches daily. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great week in St. Thomas and Escape to Paradise was a wonderful choice. The property owner, Christy, reached out well in advance of our trip to touch base, offer suggestions, and we also rented one of their jeeps for the week. The home was clean, well equipped, and provided great views in a good central location to most anything you may want to do on the island. Would definitely recommend!

Our stat was great!Chridty was extremely accommodating providing a Jeep rental, pick up, and drop off from the airport and great suggestions throughout our stay. The home has everything that you will need for your stay and for your beach visits from beach chairs to coolers and Floaties. I was extremely happy that I went with this host and will visit her location again when I return to St. Thomas.

Great stay! Appreciate the hospitality, taxi, jeep rental!

We had an outstanding vacation on STVI. Place was exactly as pictured with a beautiful vista. Took a day trip to Water Island and St John’s. Christy was very communicative which made travels smooth. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful.

This rental was great with a wonderful view. The stay was stress free with a ride to/from the airport and jeep rental during our stay. Property manager was fantastic.

Amazing experience!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The experience was beyond what we expected. The house was amazing, the view was spectacular. We highly recommend booking this place!! Honestly, nothing negative to say! We’d definitely book this place again!!

The property was perfect. Everything we needed was there. The deck is so amazing. There are views of other islands, sunsets, cruise ships. Christy was so responsive to any questions we had about the area. The airport pickup available was very helpful Dan provided a great orientation to the island. The Jeep rental they provided also made it easy. My favorite island/beach vacation

You will love your time here

We spent our 30th anniversary in Escape to Paradise. This VRBO is centrally located which allows for really easy access to Havensight or Redhook. The views are fabulous. The photos of the studio are spot on, what you see is what you get. I highly recommend renting the Jeep that is available, also pay for the airport pick up service. The pickup service starts you vacation on the best foot. The host is super amazing there if you need but not intrusive. The view of Frenchman's bay is incredible you can see the cruise ships approaching. If you are looking for a semi-secluded, safe and quite place this is it hands down.

Amazing Place

We stayed here for a week. The place was amazing…beautifully decorated, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful-lots of little touches with exceptional hospitality. She called twice in advance to check in before our stay to give us advice and see if she could be helpful. Great location-10-15 mins ti Charlotte Amalie and about 15-20 mins to Red Hook. Several gorgeous beaches nearby and great restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Hassle free!

Over all we were very satisfied with the accommodations. Very clean and great area! Being able to rent a Jeep from them as well was a blessing! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which made it stress free!! Would highly recommend! Only recommendation would be more towels and wash cloths.

Words cannot describe how incredible this island is and how nice the condo is. You Wale up everyday to an amazing view. The landlord is so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They even gave me snacks! Amazing amazing amazing

Amazing Getaway

I had an amazing experience staying at Christy’s property. It was a fantastic location, not too far from restaurants and other tourist spots. Christy has a wealth of knowledge of the island which helped make my stay even better! The location was safe, clean and beautifully decorated. This is the perfect place to stay when you want to relax, even with the early morning sounds of the rooster. I loved the fact that I was able to also rent a jeep to get around the island from Christy. It made everything so convenient for me. I also got picked up and dropped off at the airport which was another bonus. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend that you book with Christy. You’ll be happy! I’m surely booking with her again.

Paradise Getaway

Christy and Dan’s gorgeous and inviting island apartment was a perfect paradise getaway. The views from the patio were spectacular while sipping our morning coffee, dining together or just soaking in the sunsets and stars. The apartment was stylish, fresh, relaxing and offered every amenity our family of three needed. The proximity to LimeTree beach, Charlotte Amalie, and all destinations to be explored worked perfectly for us. We took the opportunity to rent one of Christy and Dan’s Jeeps during our stay, which allowed us freedom to roam the island and even take the car ferry to St John a couple of days. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Christy, the owner, is the best!

This was our first time traveling to St. Thomas/St. John and from the moment I made this booking I was in contact with Christy, the owner. Christy lives on the island and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. She rented her jeep to us. We have a small family and it was perfect. It was amazing to have somebody on the island only a phone call or text away. She was so accommodating and made special arrangements for us for pick up and drop off with the jeep. We felt safe at all times. Thank you Christy!

Beautiful!

What an amazing stay we had in St Thomas! This condo is impeccably furnished and clean, and the view from the deck/patio was amazing. Christy and Steph were wonderful in communicating with us. The Jeep we rented was really needed as we traveled the island, be ready for the steep hills and scary turns! The only suggestions we would make are more towels, a grill of some kind on the deck, and a washer/dryer lol. Otherwise this was a paradise oasis! We look forward to returning to the island and staying here again 😄

Amazing views!

I was very impressed with this property. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We used the cooler and beach chairs every time we headed out for the day. The Jeep was perfect and I liked the fact we had our own set of wheels to get around the island. We chose to do the airport pickup with the Jeep rental and it was perfect. Stephanie filled us in on what was happening on the island and pointed out some great spots along the way. Christy sent us an inclusive list of restaurants and places to see. All of her recommendations were spot on. She even went above and beyond in helping us find a ride back to the airport on the day we left. We’ll definitely stay here again!

One week stay in St Thomas

Beautifully landscaped property. The apartment is a studio, not suitable for more than two people. The roads to the property are very narrow and steep, so renters need to have a car with some power, good driving skills, and nerves of steel. The directions on vrbo lead you to a different property, and the written directions are difficult to follow. We wasted an hour trying to find the property and could not get anyone on the phone for assistance.

Concierge Extraordinaire!

Remarkable spot but beyond the DELIGHTFUL VRBO with a tremendous view, we got wonderful suggestions about both St. John and St. Thomas. For example, when we were talking about going to visit St. John first, Christy let us take the jeep ( they rent out) by ferry on our arrival day. So we were picked up and given fabulous suggestions about off the beaten path snorkeling spots and local fare for our stay at St. John. Christy and her husband have been in the hospitality business for years, and it shows. The Jeep was essential to our stay, but they also know/have boat charter information, too. From airport pick-up to restaurant suggestions… our trip was fabulous! It goes without saying this VRBO is remarkably well thought out. From fresh water in the fridge and coffee with the trimmings, to beach chairs, no detail was over looked.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! We honestly were never home during the day. It was very nice to come back from an event filled day to this relaxing space and unwind from the day. The view was beautiful in the morning and during Golden hour. Christy did a great job with making this place feel homey and relaxing. She was super helpful and provided great recommendations for food places and activities around the island. With it being my fiancés and sons first time visiting I was happy to select Christy’s place! We rented her Jeep during our entire stay and the rate is way better than what they charge at other rental car companies on the island. It was a lifesaver when having to commute to visit family and our day trip to St. John! We really appreciated having chairs and umbrellas provided too for when we went to the beach! The only feedback we have was the AC unit was too small for the space. It didn’t flow that much into the bedroom but the fans helped! I am accustomed to the heat and was fine, but my fiancé is always hot 😊. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
