Casa De Miguel offers its lucky guests a memorable place to relax after a fun-filled day in the city. Inside, you'll find an inviting and spacious living area equipped with comfortable sofas strategically placed around the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, creating the perfect spot for movie nights! The kitchen is simply out of this world; it boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bar seating between the kitchen and the living space for even more togetherness. Outside, the family dog will have plenty of space to run around and exercise. There is a screened-in porch, as well as various courtyards and sitting areas for outdoor socializing when the weather is nice.

This stunning, single-story lodging is conveniently close to the heart of south-central Austin, and only two miles away from Congress Avenue Historic District. You'll also be quite close to bus stops, in case you don't feel like driving and would like to experience everything around you on foot. Nearby restaurants of note include Thai Fresh, Lenoir, Bouldin Creek Cafe (for all the vegetarians and vegans), Elizabeth Street Cafe, Sway, of course, all the attractions on South Congress Ave. The famous Museum of the Weird is two and a half miles away. It features an array of curios and oddities, from Bigfoot to shrunken heads, plus a gift shop, perfect for souvenirs!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
